If you want strength to be able to defend yourself against men you're never going to have it, and the only practical advice I can give is to focus heavily on your hand and wrist strength. A lot of men neglect those, and we never think to protect our fingers the same way we protect our eyes or testicles.

My threshold for “am I strong” is carrying 40# - 60# loads some distance in farmer’s carries. If it’s easy to carry w a kettlebell, then it’s easier to carry a bag of 50# bag of cement.

Basically I aspire to the efficiency of an undersized man in terms of strength and physical self-sufficiency. I don’t think I’ll ever beat any of you in arm wrestling though.

To be honest. I'd lie if I said I'm not tempted to do roids because the sort of body you can get with roids is just amazing and Dyn is right in that they literally don't do shit at the gym. Watching a roided guy at the gym is a circus.

You are not supposed to be more than a given amount of time on roids, but your gains will be dependent on being on roids. It doesn't matter how much you lift, everything you've gained on roids will disappear as soon as you get off the wagon, and not only disappear, it will be filled up with fat. That's the reason some guys are ALWAYS on some sort of gear, it's like being a vampire, the more you are on it the more of a half-life you live, else all will be for nothing because you'll lose it.

Very few people is able to do just one cycle, going from superswole to just the natty body on a decade of lifting and proper dieting in six months and call it there, because the natty body really is underwhelming compared to the juiced body, and most people don't realise to which degree actors, models and influencers are ALL on gear.

Also, proper nutrition is also really difficult and sometimes borders on outright bullshit. Most people cannot be bothered to be anal about what they eat, it's safe to assume they're absolutely reckless with drug injections that requiere very specific dosages. I know I really wouldn't be since I'm fucking unable to dose myself properly on paracetamols.

Furthermore, HGH, while not an steroid per se, is known to grow ALL organs, which sucks because your bones won't grow, and at best you'll look fat. Muscled but fat. At worst your liver, pancreas and other internal organs will just plain die and rot.

Anabolic steroids that only affect muscles will affect all muscles, including your heart. Your heart will get swole and eventually you'll have a heart to big for the amount of blood you have and you'll die.

If you don't die of any of this, then you have a high chance of ending up in prison or socially ostracized because it will fuck your brain to the point of turning you (no pun intended) into a perpetually horny, easy to anger, irrational animal.

To top it off all of this is uber expensive and illegal, so unless you are a hollywood actor or a high profile model and you have a jewish doctor paid by your jewish producer / handler to give you the good shit in proper doses, you are likely to buy the shit from some nigger at a skid row who has probably dilluted it with god knows what so that they can sell more of the stuff for less.

And also, on gear most people stop training properly. Lots of people on gear stop doing proper form, and gear will make you overlook your limitations. People on gear are more prone to having freak accidents at the gym because of the way they typically train.

I am seeing lately at the gym lots of zoomers at around 18 that are all juiced up all the way to Sunday and while they're undeniably stunning even if otherwise they'd be ugly or inconsequential, they are so clearly overdoing the stuff while supressing their endochrine system at such a critical age that, if they manage to live past 30, they will be severely fucked up.

Truly a waste.

I'm not a scientist, and it's not like they will ever allow research on this, for a variety of reasons, but I think improperly cycling can easily lead to trooning out.

Aromatase transforms androstenedione into estrone and testosterone into estradiol, major female sex hormone. Estradiol is responsible for the development of female secondary sexual characteristics such as breast, widening of hips and female associated fat distribution and is used as feminizing hormone therapy for troons. This, under natural conditions, for reasons only God knows, prevents sperm cell death.

The existence of hormone induced sexual dimorphism is way more shaky than you would think by reading pop science and it's currently used as a ground to normalize troonerism, it's far from settled science and I won't go there.

In natural circumstances your testosterone production will be nerfed by aromatase, and, except for the very obese or the endochrinologically compromised, the levels of testosterone and estrogen will be balanced.

Now obese men typically have higher than average amounts of estrogen as excess body fat suppresses the production of testosterone and facilitates aromatase. Anecdotal evidence from the Kiwi Farms sample would suggest obesity and troonerism have some sort of link.

Troons are tipically very lithe or very fat, which can be both linked to testosterone deficiencies.

If you are cycling, you are injecting typically around 300 to 400 times the amount of testosterone you would produce naturally, and you will produce a testosterone crash where your body will stop producing testosterone on its own at all. This alone is the source of many of the nasty psychological side effects of roiding.

If you are NOT taking or improperly taking aromatase inhibitors, all these 300 to 400 times minimum the amount of normally produced testosterone will be aromatized into estradiol and, if stopped suddenly, you would be producing no testosterone at all for a long time and, in severe cases, you can lose the ability to produce testosterone at all.

This is 300 to 400 times minimum the amount of estrogen a man should have on his body with no testosterone to balance it out.

Also, aromatase inhibitors are not infallible and one of the most dreaded things amongst bodybuilders is the infamous gynecomastia, which is also prevalent in obese men.

Now, this is essentially some sort of HRT.

Another size effect of all of this is extreme horniness. Like crazy, animalistic horniness.

As I've discussed in another post, there is no better predictor for troonerism than excessive porn consumption and, in particular, dabbling in BDSM stuff. No amount of Anime and /pol/ posting comes close to getting involved with the BDSM scene in terms of troonerism gateway.

There is one particularly big difference - "enhanced" bodybuilders will never, EVER give, sell, or advise minors to take anabolic steroids/testosterone. You just don't do it. "Your body is still making more natural testosterone right now than it ever will at any point in your life - do NOT fuck that up (by shutting it down/pausing it, which is what happens when you supplement it) was the standard line. Preferably you should wait until everything is done growing so around early 20's.
