This drives me fucking nuts about SJW atheists. They go utterly apeshit about anything remotely "problematic" about Christianity with all kinds of well researched quotes about the Old Testament and other similar nonsense. Often this stuff is actually correct. Those scriptures would actually be quite bad if ANYONE ACTUALLY DID THAT SHIT ANY MORE.

Meanwhile they'll ignore literal rape and murder from Islamists even when it tracks scripture to the letter.

This is why I like Pat Condell's rants sometimes even if he's also an insane asshole. At least he is consistent.

I like Pat Condell but I think he focuses too much on Muslims.

Then again he's really old and lives in the UK so it's probably more of a perspective thing for him. But I stopped watching his videos a few years ago because it felt like retreading the same thing over and over again.

I used to be a fan of Steve. I really liked his an atheist reads series. But then he found feminism and suddenly all that critical thinking and wanting proof went right out the fucking window. He is one of of not the most intellectually dishonest people I have ever seen, and he's so damn smug about it. I've never seen anyone who is that smug and that wrong at the same time.

Look up members of the athesim+ crowd. They love Islam, not because they believe it is correct but because they're a bunch of racists who associate Islam with brown people. You can do damn near anything and you get a free pass with them. Look at Steve Shives video on the Orlando shooting at no point does he criticize the shooter, and he actually defends him against the people who say his religion played a part in what motivated him.

That's extremely stupid. Although I'm Muslim, I condemn what happened in Orlando, that was horrible what happened. His beliefs obviously played a part in what happened, even if it was a twisted and extremist version of it.

But seriously, I would tell you to go tell Steve Shives that but if you already have a twitter account you're probably blocked by Steve and if you go create one he will block you and call you a troll. The man will not debate/talk to anyone who does not already agree with him. At this point he is as close minded as any religious fundamentalist. personally this is my main beef with Steve. He used to be about skepticism and free thinking, now he's a dishonest close minded bigot. If a christian fundamentalist blows up an abortion clinic you can be damn sure Steve would be right there criticizing the religion and pandering to the social justice crowd. I'm looking forward to the day they turn on him and eat him alive.
