Lastly Nixon didn't try to stay in his office when caught red handed. He didn't try to blame his victims for being spied upon.
Overall you'd have to say Nixon is superior to Epstiny by every conceivable metric

When he was still using Google Calendar as an informal stream schedule, he had an entry on there for February 9, 2020, titled "Nuclear exposure of Nina (her choice)". It's unclear if this convinced Destiny to drop the issue.

With 1 SEK being worth about .10 USD at the time, this means Nina paid her approx. $1350. This transaction happened at Feb. 3, 8:28 P.M Swedish time, or 11:28 A.M Pacific on the same day; a day after Destiny arguably threatened Nina with revealing her secret.

While it should be said that Nina was very likely in the wrong refusing to pay Melina, this does not give Destiny the right to threaten revealing potentially embarrassing secrets to get her to comply with his wishes. There are legal avenues open to him and Melina to resolve situations like this which they didn't pursue.
