ATTENTION
Special rules for the Destiny thread.
  • Don't engage footsoldiers. Whiteknights do not need 100 responses to every bait post; exercise restraint. Do not give attention to people who join and bomb the thread with negative reactions.
  • Practice harm reduction. Read our prudent poster's guide.
  • Don't write open letters to Destiny. It is very annoying attention seeking behavior. Just write normal posts.

It is very possible that the shooter watched Destiny's content or was at least familiar with it.
The usurpthachef dude in the first screenshot is a Destiny acolyte.
A few examples, there's a lot more...

My totally immoral action is totally fine because I did it before they passed a law for that exact specific immoral act.
Sorry to be pedantic, but the law had passed and was signed into law by Joe Biden a few weeks before Destiny started his romance with George and shared the Pxie video. Destiny was (potentially) saved by something even more extraneous - waiting for the statute to take effect at the next fiscal year.

Is this a real thing? $147 loan paid in installments Pxie? Has a loaded family? Can I get a politico source check on this please?
Outside of Destiny told me so; I genuinely think the only even tenuous explanation for why people outside of DGG believe this is because the case is still going so everyone defaults to being incredulous she’d go into debt against Destiny.

I was dumbfounded why that LUS lawtuber was still running with the same narrative, but it really does just boil down to Destiny said it. I asked him in one of his livestream regarding why he felt so confident repeating it unscrupulously and Destiny clearly hasn’t come up with an actual talking point for it yet because no one can explain it.

LUS is very retarded.

And then the judge, who coincidentally was a super hot 15 year old with giant tits said "Mr Bonnell, the 2 weeks is finally up, and I'm dismissing the case right here and now. I saw the tapes myself, and it's clear that anyone with a glorious 3-inch phimosis worm has the right to rape as much as he wants." Though I was not able to revel in my victory, as in that moment Melina burst into the courtroom, and begged me to take her back, as the chiseled abs of a Skarsgard could not compare to my postmenopausal frame. But I brushed her aside, as behind her was Bill and Hillary Clinton, there to reaffirm what I already knew, that as a middle aged pedophile, I'm the one destined to beat back the fascist horde, cleanse the Democratic party of Hasan's radical leftists, and lead America towards the New Jerusalem.

Well, wasn't revenge porn already illegal in Florida? Doesn't that matter to?

When you retain me for something simple like a DUI, I'll have some short notes jotted down about your life events that you brought up in the consultation or most recent pretrial.

For $950,000, my secretary will watch each one of your appearances on Piers Morgan and take notes.

People like it when you appear to have some engagement in their lives.

It was a very tactful move for sure; not even really saying he himself thought Destiny was a better debater, but just that “some other article” said he was better. I think anything more than that would have been way too obvious for Destiny to not feel self conscious about being gaslit that anyone of Andy’s net worth could give a shit about.

It’d be way better if Steven just can’t shut up about Hasan to the point even Brettler has to keep Steven focused on big days like that though.

This is a substack post Lauren Southern Published just moments ago. Anyone here with a subscription to substack know what the entire post says? It seems to be about dating, sex, relationships and trad according to subscribestar post tags. In the free part of the opening post she mentions she hasn't dated for a few years now and that she's never used dating apps at all and mentions a guy at the gym trying to flirt with her and how he got her number and mentioned how she likes to skinnydip in cold water to him. Might be about her dating habits or something. Hate that it's subscription only, first the subscribestar and now this...

Apparently you can read this post for free with the free download phone app, but it won't work for me for some reason. If someone here could archive it, then everyone could read it.

That's exactly what it is. There's no relation from Hasans end or in any msm reporting on Hasan. If this even happened, Epstiny is venting to his lawyer about how mean Hasan is and how he would totally own him in a debate and the lawyer has to consol him 😆

A quick Google search of his name reveals a lawsuit involving him (specifically, one of his business entities: https://rcp.estado.pr.gov/en/entity-information?c=156105-111):
The dispute concerns a $29 million real estate sale and leaseback.

Panel: Chief Judge Coll Martí, Judge Domínguez Irizarry, and Judge Lebrón Nieves
Opinion by: Judge Coll Martí
Date: San Juan, Puerto Rico, May 31, 2016

Summary of the Case

The Dispute
SLBD Realty, Inc. (SLBD) appealed a lower court's decision that dismissed their lawsuit against Florencio Berríos Castrodad and his various corporate entities (doing business as Mueblerías Berríos). SLBD alleged that Mr. Berríos acted with dolo (fraud or deceit) during the negotiation of a "sale and leaseback" agreement for a furniture distribution center in Cidra, Puerto Rico. SLBD claimed Berríos misled them into believing that the entire corporate structure of "Mueblerías Berríos" (which consists of over 80 retail stores) would act as the lessee and guarantee the lease payments. In reality, Berríos intended for only one specific entity, FRG Sociedad Especial (FRG), to be the lessee.

Key Facts

  1. Corporate Structure: "Mueblerías Berríos" is a commercial trade name, not a specific corporation. The business operates through dozens of subsidiary corporations. The distribution center in question was owned exclusively by FRG, a company whose sole shareholder is Florencio Berríos.
  2. The Negotiation (2005): SLBD and Berríos negotiated a $29 million sale and leaseback of the distribution center. An initial Letter of Intent mentioned that "Mueblerías Berríos" would sign a 15-year lease.
  3. The Option Contract: On June 22, 2005, an Option to Purchase contract was signed specifically between FRG (as the seller) and CityWise (SLBD's predecessor). The contract did not state that the 80+ retail subsidiaries would act as lessees or guarantors.
  4. Financing Hurdles: To fund the $29 million purchase, SLBD sought financing from banks (first RG, then WesternBank). The banks required corporate guarantees from all of Berríos's retail subsidiaries as a condition for the loan.
  5. The Breakdown: SLBD tried to draft the final lease agreement to include all the subsidiary retail corporations as joint guarantors to satisfy their bank. Mr. Berríos refused, arguing that the agreement was strictly with FRG and he never agreed to encumber his retail stores. Despite knowing this, SLBD officially exercised their purchase option but attempted to impose these new guarantee conditions. Since Berríos refused the new terms, the deal collapsed.
Legal Analysis
The Court of Appeals reviewed Puerto Rican civil law regarding contracts, option agreements, and dolo (deceit/fraud).

  • Contracts: Agreements have the force of law between parties. If the terms are clear, the literal meaning of the clauses must be followed.
  • Option Contracts: An option contract binds the seller to sell under the agreed terms if the buyer exercises the option, but neither party can unilaterally alter the agreed-upon terms.
  • Deceit (Dolo): For fraud to invalidate a contract, one party must use insidious words or machinations to induce the other to sign. The court noted that fraud is never presumed and must be proven.
The Court's Conclusion and Verdict
The Court of Appeals found no evidence of fraud or deceit by Mr. Berríos.

The court highlighted that during the "due diligence" period—and before SLBD officially exercised their option to purchase—SLBD's representatives became fully aware of Berríos's corporate structure. They knew FRG was the sole owner of the property and that the other retail corporations would not be part of the lease.

Instead of walking away from the deal when they realized it did not meet their bank's financing requirements, SLBD exercised the option anyway and tried to force Berríos to accept new conditions (the corporate guarantees) that were never agreed upon in the Option Contract. Because Mr. Berríos only offered the deal under the premise that FRG would be the lessee, he was not responsible for SLBD's inability to secure financing or their misunderstanding of the corporate structure.

Final Judgment:
"For the discussed foundations, we AFFIRM the appealed Judgment. Agreed and ordered by the Court and certified by the Secretary of the Court of Appeals."

Here are a couple more business entities in his name, found simply by checking the names on his social media profiles. They seem to be inactive, though.

Seems to be generally well connected.

VERDICT: LOADED

If they do watch his stream, I hope they are charging him. Making sure your client doesn't say something retarded should be paid.

Stumbled upon a Reddit thread today glazing this guy for his extensive research because XQC looked at a graph of his notes.

I'm a tourist in this thread and know little about Destiny since I try not to pay too much attention to political talking heads, but checking out Destiny's notes I expected to find a well researched streamer yet none of them seem anywhere near as impressive as the reddit freaks were making out? It looks semi-impressive when you zoom out of the graph that ObsidianMD makes of your notes, but when you zoom in you find the vast majority of the "notes" are either empty or just untagged dumps for links to articles. Even the core blob in the middle which looks extensively researched because of all the backlinks is mostly just empty notes.

When reading the content of a few notes that aren't just article links or automatically generated the content is rather...bad? Like this note which seems to be a confused mess. He confuses epistemic for empirical ('epistemic alignment' is a meaningless phrase), he is ignorant of the cognitive relativism schools of progressivism that have been dominant for 60 yrs or so, he recognizes the need for flexibility in deciding who can be part of the "group" to win elections but then provides an almost totalising set of criteria for who qualifies as being left-wing that would exclude most people, and then he has another note basically claiming social incentives, not factual accuracy, is what dictates people beliefs which contradicts his claim that progressives have a "high epistemic alignment" or in fact that anybody could have "high epistemic alignment". If these notes are just his ramblings they're fine, but "extensive research" they are not and as a set of attitudes they're largely imprecise and contradictory, there is almost a werid combination of being objective and rational while almost admitting that those principles are grounded in whatever he believes in (progressives are high in "foundational ethic alignment" because they align with his ethics).

I'm really not sure what got these redditors so impressed (one commenter said these are going "above and beyond"), these notes just read like a midwits attempt at seeming erudite. I could only find one person in the reddit thread pointing out the notes are mostly nothing compared to how much people in the thread are glazing him, naturally he got downvoted

Assmongold keeps taunting Molestiny telling him that he won't debate him live.

And honestly he is 100% justified in that. Tiny is notorious for saying one thing, arguing for something completely different, then acting that like he just said proved his initial point. It's something that someone who is not good at "debating" would easily get cornered by this.
The best example of that is probably when he debated Pisco who is actually pretty quick when it comes to this kind of thing and was able to catch his bullshit in real time.
