Don't know if he has used this exact argument, but let's say a woman is completely separated from society, knows no human norms or anything, if she were to be "raped" as in a man had sex with her without her consent, and she presented no trauma or PTSD, Destiny argues that the REAL person who is traumatizing them is the third party, that tells her what ACTUALLY happened, and how she should feel about it.

I think it could be argued (I read about it several years ago), that it could prolonge your PTSD or make it harder to recover. But to argue there would be not trauma without it is ridiculous. Your brain shut off on his own to protect you. People have PTSD from being assaulted non sexually too, yet there is not the same social stigma / pressure about it.
