I don't think he has done anything wrong in this case tbh. None of the recordings are secret recordings. Which means the people were aware that he had them. And why would you film a sexual act of yourself if not for showing it to someone. We know for a fact that there was an understanding, that he can share the videos with Melina to approved people.
I'm willing to bet the recordings with his phone in his pocket were secretly recorded bro. There was an understanding with Melina, but Destiny has admitted that he sent Melina's videos without her consent:

There's a chance this is actually about the Rose girl, we don't have an exact timeline of things. But we know for a fact that Destiny has shared videos of Melina without her consent, and she also alludes to this in some of the clips later on in my post.

I am falling off the Sunday train because he never fucking streams. He promised a dramatic reading of the DMs. But at this point he's literally the only streamer that isn't cucked to Destiny.

Anyway, Melina streamed again today. Unfortunately, she blasts copyrighted music during her stream so a large chunk of the audio gets muted in the vod. The summary of the stream is that she has changed a lot since breaking up with Destiny. She says she was manipulated into having no boundaries and saying yes to everything. She references how traumatic the past 5 years were for her and how she's been talking to a therapist etc. She's avoiding talking to people over text, presumably because she's scared of things getting leaked.
"I'm pretty sure for the people are aware [of what's] happened the past month. I think that shows a lot of what has been happening....The past month, things that's been done to me, without consent or anything, that has been my past 5 years"
Her therapist told her she's been trauma bonding and in toxic relationships with people that don't care about her. Basically says she was manipulated into doing things she didn't want to because "someone" knew she would feel guilty or blame her if she said no. [audio cuts out]
Sounds like she's talking about the Lauren situation (probably others too). Saying Destiny blamed her for cheating on her and made himself the victim (pretty sure he actually does this in the leaked DMs):
"Some of these things that's happened the past month, there's people that's killed themselves over that, it's really bad"
Nothing particularly explosive or anything, but certainly paints a different picture to what Destiny presented. Remember when she wore a memetix hoodie though? Unforgivable.
