I'm so lost on this situation with the lawsuit but the clips i've seen.. Destiny is certainly winning this isn't he? Unless Destiny is lying about what's happening, her case seems like it's ran by Nick Rekieta style lawyers.

In all seriousness though, I'm not a lawyer, so I can't give an accurate analysis of anything. Still, a few things to keep in mind.

1. Destiny is the only one of the parties commenting on the case publicly, so most of the information you hear will be from him.

2. The guy is a textbook narcissist who is incapable of admitting failure. Additionally, he is also motivated to spin losses as victories to reassure his misogynistic incel cult.

3. He had been claiming for over a year that this case was going to get dismissed and not make it to trial. That turned out to be bullshit.

Does any of this mean Pxie is winning? No. But just keep in mind the source of most of this info (and subsequent commentary) is a sexually abusive, amoral, consent violating, woman-hating, 3-inch dick having compulsive liar. Also the court allowed this in, which is fun:

One nice thing I noticed is he's finally getting within Vaush of passing him in monthly views according to socialblade. Vaush isn't quite there yet but that will be good times when it happens since Vaush is walled off and still growing vs Destiny.

He could very well get out of this victorious, assuming that he wins on all fronts of this suit due to a mostly indian jury, stasia and the other raped whores do nothing (in stasias case the fronts wouldnt even exist as the only known publication is from 2023), the red state of florida lets his legal charges slide and does nothing for the next 2 years they have to put him on trial, and you accept him being a million in the hole at a time he isn't really making money a part of said victory (he isn't getting paid back lmao), compared to the alternative of spending maybe a third of that as hush money which would have made none of the finding rose + disavowals happen.
Edit: i will add that the average dgjeet, while confident, is about as well educated on the specifics as a karl jobst fan was when people thought billy would lose and no one cared to check what the quoted defamation instances were.

Most of the time when I see Tiny "smile" or "laugh", I'm not sure that its a real or involuntary display of emotion.

Some say that a "genuine" smile is characterized by activation of muscles surrounding the eyes. Take a look at the image below and ask yourself does Tiny often look more like the bottom row or the top row when he "laughs"?

The CARDII stuff is still the primary statute Pxie is going after right? I recently saw Tiny seething about this idea of a google drive link being described as "continuous disclosure"(or some similar language). So I would assume that is the primary definition that the entire case hangs on, but honestly I have no idea. I didn't follow the Karl Jobst case outside of Karl Jobst coverage of it. Was it clear in the public filings that the defamation was over Jobst claiming that Billy Mitchell got Apollo to commit suicide, or were the details more nebulous than that?

The idea is that if you were to right now upload someone's nudes to youtube but set those videos to unlisted(not private) then anyone with a link could have accessed it and you were making it available as long as that link was accessible by anyone.
Meaning that if he send it to [Whore A] 1 day before CARDII, then [Whore A] would send it to [Whore B] 1 day after the CARDII date he should still be responsible for the nudes landing in the [Whore B]'s hands after the CARDII date because he was making it available on his youtube channel.

Now replace youtube and youtube video with a google drive link

There is also the screenshot from AbyyMC claiming that he has sent her videos of pixie way before it became public. To me it seems pretty solid because if it wasn't real then why the fuck would she mention Pixie out of everyone? She wasn't someone he was known to hook up with.

I understand the concept, but currently there is no precedent for continuous disclosure being covered under this law, that is probably why the AbbyMC stuff is stronger, as it wouldn't need to argue some new precedent, and could just be covered under the existing law. Although, It would be great if Steven Bonnell II set the precedent for a continuously accessible link being covered under CARDII. His delusions of becoming a constitutional attorney might be far fetched, but at least he could make his mark on federal law.

There was a moment in Steven’s retelling of the depo where he was shown AbbyMC messages, but with redactions (implied to be his deletions) and the direction of the questioning did sound like it was one of probably numerous instances Joan was trying to create enough doubt for their motion for spoliation to work out.

Seems really weird she would need to point out redactions if he provided a full production. I also have a very hard time believing he would still be playing word games with Google Drive videos, directories, and links if there wasn’t a record to create ambiguity around. Those old discord DMs from Destiny explaining to some other girl how to access his unsecured Google Drive link in incognito mode still comes to mind.

Yeah also he started out saying he didn't send her anything and that she found it on his laptop lol. If they actually have her side of the messages, that makes sense why he conjured up two different videos in his excel sheet, but if they can pounce on that lie he seemingly would be fucked. If they actually have her side of the messages he's likely fucked already. That's huge.
