No I don't think there remotely similiar. I think they are both exceptional. But Destiny doesn't 'talk' remotely as fast as ben does because ben moves from point to point, you press Shapiro on a position and he'll move from 5 different topics in his answer ending on the one that he's most familiar with so as to direct the discussion down that line.
On the otherhand destiny actually seems to stay on topic, and if anything presses certain topics to an autistic degree, he can speak a little fast, but that's nothing similiar to how ben shapiro conducts himself.
The only people who think 'destiny speaks to fast to debate' are exceptional debaters like jon tron that have no idea what to say if their opponent isn't an SJW and instead just ask them to explain their position knowing that they're just parroting someone elses talking points. which is honestly all Destiny did with his more exceptional guests.
(Keep in mind Destiny is likely to employ some of the things I said he doesn't use at some point, I'm merely making the case that it isn't how he conducts himself in general)
This is to no credit of destiny however. One thing that should be more realized is destiny is not very good person to debate thanks to how unfairly he will press the conversation, and a lot of people are not prepared for that. Shapiro just rapidfires out his points and is very defensive in how he debates, making it so that sure you can nail him down on any given position (Unlike destiny) But he's already sneaking in his own premises and arguments in ways you cannot address in a one on one conversation.
