His response video is 100% written by a professional. He does a good job of making her look petty, vindictive, and flippant. You can cut it one of three ways:
(1) it happened nonconsensually and she's just a retard with how she publicized it,
(2) it happened consensually and she got hurt feelings when he got a girlfriend that wasn't her, or
(3) she completely made it up
I say his response is written by a professional because a lot of the times people will admit they had a sexual relationship which then opens up a bag of worms of what really happened. Completely, totally denying that any sexual encounter took place puts the onus on her to actually prove it did, which can be hard even if it did happen.
