1. Saberspark has paid hundreds of dollars to retrieve text messages between himself and EmuEmi. He is looking into more options for professional data pulls.

2. Saberspark and EmuEmi were in a casual relationship. This relationship lasted after the alleged assaults. This directly contradicts Emily's statements that she distanced herself from Saber immediately after the alleged assaults. She lied to Mr. Enter and his team about this. For new people, Mr. Enter is a youtuber who also covered these allegations, and his coverage was much more favorable to Emily.

3. Saber and Emily discussed being friends with benefits and having sex at the convention beforehand.

4. Contrary to Emily's claims, Saber ended the relationship not her. Emily took this extremely badly

5. Saber wasn't able to stay hard during the sex. The handshake and "Friends?" did in fact happen.

6. Saber and Emily had a pregnancy scare. Emily refused to take a test until they could met up at a second convention. (This is where the Emily claims the second assault happened.) Once they were at the convention, Emily refused to take a pregnancy test until the end of the convention. The bathroom blowjob did happen, but Emily initiated. I said from the very beginning this is probably what happened. I'm not smart, I've just seen this episode before. Everyone kept holding out, wondering if Emi had some bombshell evidence she was waiting to release - But if she had bombshell evidence, it would've been in the initial document.
