I love the potential of this. NDAs are such a massive violation of free speech and it's born out of fucking copyright, of course. They're supposed to be used for protecting "trade secrets" (and I even think that's bullshit, but whatever, I'm not gonna get into that right now) but malignant companies have been using them for decades now to abuse employees and suffer no hit to their reputation because they can financially ruin their lives if they talk about it.

Steven Crowder is the perfect complainant for this case because he is SO aggressively petty and obviously mentally unhinged that it will be an uphill struggle for any judge to not want to immediately throw the case out with prejudice, setting precedent that NDAs are officially over as a silencing mechanism. Oh, I want it so bad, it will be the first objectively good thing Crowder has done for America. You should not be able to have an enforceable contract with your employees that basically reads "you can't say anything mean about me if I hire you forever and ever, even after you quit, and if you do, I'm gonna take away ALL the money I payed you! Hmph!"
