The NDA’s are usually signed in case you are fired before you are even hired. The threat of firing would not have happened. Because this was signed when he left supposedly.

Not really surprising he knows everyone personally. It would be the mother of all conflicts of interests.

What’s funny is he is he might be the one that wrote the NDA that was signed so donating might not get him off the hook and might cause him more problems

It was also stated that Crowder filed a lawsuit against Jared this morning, but we have yet to see it. Crowder is currently in mediation with his ex-wife and is why he wasn't on the show. Oh, I thought his whole goal was just to dissolve the NDA. I didn't assume that'd do anything to bring Steve to justice.

Sorry, I might have misunderstood something based on something someone else posted about the 'frat' environment, I thought the whole deal basically boiled down to Steven doing the kind of physical sexual harassment an HR department would ream you for and trying to cover it up.

Crowder seems to be well polarized, there's no one on the fence about him from what I can tell and barring a video of Gay Steven doing a facehugger on some dude's face in the office, Jared isn't going to do much with or without the ballgag.

I watched Crowder for years and years. There are a lot of things that just seemed like stupid jokes or workplace ass kissing that now in hindsight seem like maybe employees were covering for Steven because of the psycho NDAs they all signed when they were hired.

Hilary is used to a rich lifestyle but keep in mind that in some of the court paperwork Crowder's lawyer states that she isn't fit to be primary parent since she isn't employed full time. Her money stresses could definitely stem from that.

"The place was, and is to this day, a workplace rife with sexual misconduct, degeneracy, and aggression. The things I saw... The things done to me, and the things I witnessed my employer do to others were disgusting, shocking, and utterly indefensible. I have the receipts."

This is where I interpreted the "frat environment" from. I'm assuming the NDA is to keep those receipts hidden, and Jared wants the NDA to be dissolved so he can reveal them. I am also assuming that the lawsuit launched this morning will take issue with that statement.

Good lord... I'm so anxious about watching Jared's video that I keep pausing it and haven't gotten to that part yet.

So is it the 'totally not gay' ritualistic frat sex humiliation stuff that went on or was it worse? That's what I do (and don't) wanna know.
