Steven Crowder / LouderWithCrowder / @scrowder / The "Change my Mind" meme guy - Talk show host who burns all bridges, even with his own wife

you're arguing in good faith that Crowder wasn't riddled with red flags? that he didn't likely blow up and throw childish temper tantrums in the years prior to them decided to create humans together?
It isn't unusual for a partner to be on their best behavior up and until they deem that they have their partner solidly committed.

We have all heard of bridezilla. And some women are smart enough to lose the plot AFTER the marriage ceremony has completed, and after the honeymoon period is over.

I would not be surprised to find out that some toxic men keep their bad temper away from their girlfriends at first too.

Crowder's bad behavior may have just been focused on the people who worked for him. Or his ideological opponents. If it wasn't directed at her, she might not clock this as a problem for him. I mean, he is in the entertainment industry after all. And running his own business is, like, hard. And that employee betrayed him and stabbed him in the back. And, like, look at all this money he is bringing in. And like, he just had a bad day at work, and like it totally stressed him out.

I didn't clock it myself until he had MULTIPLE former employees coming out and talking. Not that I watched his shows much at all. Maybe a handful or two. But he had a lot of ground cover to both redirect and disguise his bad behavior.

Null did an entire stream about womb envy - the phenomenon where porn addict husbands troon out immediately after their wives get pregnant, feeling like they have sufficiently trapped the woman into the relationship via the child.

It is entirely possible that Crowder, a closeted crossdressing homosexual, was feeling an intense desire to troon out once his wife became pregnant, but his career prevented him from doing so. His frustration of not being able to fulfill his troon fantasy may have manifested itself in him becoming a next level asshole to the point where Hilary decided to end the marriage.

I wonder if his wife knew about notgay crowder slapping his dick on the shoulders of men. Because that is what all straight men do. Does nda mean no dicks allowed?

I would recommend the Trans Widows thread for more on this topic, very depressing stuff.

You never been in a relationship that it took a while to notice the other person was hiding the fact they were fucking crazy? You overlook a lot when you care for someone.

Hell, I was once with a girl for two years and she only revealed how nuts she was AFTER an amicable breakup because she was angry was I wasn’t more upset over us splitting up.

Humans are really weird creatures.

Add her being young and wanting to fuck like a normal human, but denying herself that because the retarded religion thing, she then finds herself trapped in a marriage with an angry closeted gay guy.

The Steven she married was a young handsome, successful upcoming conservative and not the openly twisted freak we see today.

You know what, you're right.

I'm like you, retarded AF and can't read into the chicks I'm dating, and irresponsibly don't think about the consequences of my actions.

I simply at too stupid to know what I woman I live with is like after two years of my life with them.

I wouldn't even know she has emotions, a temper or an ego until after she stops touching my dick and that post nut clarity really gets out of my system.

I simply have to cum in things raw all the time, even if it's a horrible idea.

I simply look at the superficial elements if a person on meeting them, and don't worry about learning anything else after that.

If you can excuse the sarcasm that I hope you can enjoy as a joke, I do wanna point out that you're arguing her nativity to someone that's fucking younger than her. And I'm certain even if you had made some gaffs as we all have in a relationship you didn't recklessly try to get a psycho girl pregnant while spending a couple years I assume hitting it some with no concern to how those decisions effect your future?

I'm suggesting like you and I have both been younger, more gullible and less experienced we still had the capacity to think about our future and the consequences of our actions. This woman older than I am is selling some shit like she wasn't thinking about her future at all.

Like I've had girls that I knew where slutty from day 1. If she'd take me home within a few hours of a date, it doesn't shock me that she would fuck someone other than me if she was upset with me. Plenty of people choose to ignore those things, but it doesn't take very long to recognize that the flaws people have come out when things are harder.

Like you can call your old fling crazy for throwing a fit after the relationship ended, but that sounds typical. She likely was rather pleasant in comparison while you both had been together, like a normal person. She obviously couldn't keep you with that, so her anger was likely some kinda of desperate attempt to mix it up. Her mood shifted to it, because she was expecting it to make you more 'suggestable' I wanna say? She likely though she had you wrapped around her finger and was shocked you aren't some lovesick puppy dog.

I've had similar experiences. Old flings calling me up because of a seemlying mature breakup, only to lose their shit finding out I don't have any interest rerunning the failed relationship and they take it very personally and get pretty bitter. Nothing about it is all that uncommon.

I think part of this was - up till that blowup in view in 2015 - Steven was fairly indie, doing well enough to have a mini studio and it was mostly a small crew so it generally felt like a team effort. The best of the show was the last year in Michigan. Even then I think Steven was a bit iffy but he had funny moments.

But then Steven wanted to move away from Michigan, wanted to build up the studio ect. Mug club was it's own issue as well, it was essentially a patreon on his own terms - so many promises that he would meet the workload and then most of the time the "Mug Club" additionals people were paying for was actually Jared standing in or others as the team grew. (I never paid for Mug Club but I remember peeking at the exclusive list and it was a lot of stand-in episodes, nothing wild)

Jared had been the original ride or die for Steven, I think they were once genuinely friends as well as co-workers. But after the move Jared got sidelined more and more for the other dudes more willing to house about. I think I watched one ep before Jared moved on and you could tell the best buds dynamic was largely gone and he was just there.

In any case I think the guys ego got so far ahead of him that he went from "likable asshole" to just "absolute asshole"

I think it wasnt really the move from Michigan, but more of the schedule. If you remember in 2016, leading up to the election, they kept mentioning #NeverDaily. At the time the show as a weekly show on Thursday nights, then on election night they announced Louder with Crowder would be joining CRTV (later would become BlazeTV) and it would become a daily show. The vibe I get, doing a weekly show, Jared (and others) could tolerate Steven. But once it became a daily show, Steven became too much to handle.
