I'm glad non-competes are finally coming off the table. It's interesting to note, Jared claimed he never signed one, and LWC retroactively tried to say his anti-poaching agreement was somehow a non-compete (makes me think he got a really shitty lawyer). Also, an NDA is not an "Anti-Disparagement" agreement. You should be able to tell your side of the story about a previous employer if it only covers personal interactions and not business decisions. So it will be an interesting legal case going forward for sure.

I've heard there are anti-disparagement clauses for high ranking military (like a certain number of star generals) specifically for disparaging the office of the President. That's a really specific case though, and from what I recall, they can just lose their pension (I remember reading posts about it when all those former officers signed that letter about Afghanistan, but I can't seem to find a damn thing about it now). The military gets really special legal exemptions though. It looks like there have been some limits put on anti-disparagement clauses by the current government, but only in the case of sexual harassment (which could totally work here if everyone really was whipping their dicks out all the time, literally and metaphorically).

So I've got a friend who is in close at LWC, and the stories I hear about what goes on there are pretty gross and degenerate. For starters, there’s Tarah Price who was Crowder's assistant or something I'm not sure.

From what I've been told Tarah and a guy they call Yakuza have been banging around the office since last year. But then she switched things up and got involved with Crowder. Whatever happened there didn’t last because she blew him off, I don't know why because the reason isn't clear maybe he just didn't impress her because she's had a lot of experience. But the thing is she and Yakuza had kept things going the whole time.

Then Gerald or Crowder pushed her to quit since she wasn’t interested in Crowder anymore. Tarah is known to have a pretty loose lifestyle to the point where guys around DFW have less-than-flattering nicknames for her, uh, loose lady parts that I'm not even going to repeat because it's pretty disgusting but let's just say the old hot dog down a hallway and curtains made of deli meat are just some of the stuff and not even the worst. Oh and I do know last summer she sent nudes to some guys that work for other Texas conservative media outlets.

And it gets more hypocritical because she has a social media account @tarahtalk where she talks all about being a conservative woman and basically shits on other women for not being conservative enough. It just doesn’t add up with her behavior.

Oh and entire time Yakuza was banging Tarah, he was also seeing another coworker and even a married woman all while apparently having a girlfriend? Talk about conservative values. Louder with Crowder keeps getting messier, just a bunch of people not living up to the standards they preach and being degens. And they should probably all get an std screening cause when you share a pair of Chinese fingercuffs that gets around there's a good chance you're gonna catch something besides feelings my guy.

Interesting take. A couple of things. He gets the contract thing wrong:
  • Crowder never did call out The Daily Wire. He just said it was an example of one of the contracts he got. DW called out themselves with their hour long rebuttal
  • The pre-contract (it wasn't really a full contract; just interest gathering) as given to Crowder would have prevented all of his election fraud coverage (which was honestly pretty good)
  • The contract would have kept Crowder from these terrible recent videos like the Blackrock/pedo allegations and the pre-crime school shooter bullshit investigation (because they wouldn't meet the ethical standard of an investigation)
  • People are usually given contracts with a lot of stipulations that you then negotiate. Crowder didn't understand this. Boring didn't have to address it. Both of them look a bit retarded.
  • We learned that Crowder records all his phone calls

This guy spends waaay too much on the DW contract. It's pretty standard business pissing and doesn't really matter at all in comparison to the workplace allegations.

I skipped most of the DW stuff to 25 minutes where this guy, once again gets things wrong. He says "Hillary released this video..." .. Now to be fair, Hilary probably released this video. But that's not a statement of fact at this point. In fact, it's part of one of the pending lawsuits, questioning if she released the video.

I skipped the last 12 minutes. There's nothing new in this at all, he gets some basic facts wrong, and it generally didn't have anything worthwhile in it. 👎

I hated Casey, he's a huge kiss up and has the most sexist obnoxious jokes.

More importantly, I thought he was married? He has a daughter iirc and I THINK he mentioned a wife before.

Could be wrong but either way it sounds like he's a huge cheat and a hypocritical pig. How shocking wow.
