A scalpel is used to detach the foreskin. A tube is used for metzitzah. In addition to milah (the initial cut amputating the akroposthion) and p'riah and subsequent circumcision, mentioned above, the Talmud mentions a third step, metzitzah, translated as suction, as one of the steps involved in the circumcision rite. The Talmud writes that a "Mohel (Circumciser) who does not suck creates a danger, and should be dismissed from practice". Rashi on that Talmudic passage explains that this step is in order to draw some blood from deep inside the wound to prevent danger to the baby.

There are other modern antiseptic and antibiotic techniques—all used as part of the brit milah today—which many say accomplish the intended purpose of metzitzah. However, since metzitzah is one of the four steps to fulfill Mitzvah, it continues to be practiced by a minority of Orthodox and Hassidic Jews.

Stonetoss, as a person or as a persona, can still deny everything, there's no solid leads and just coincidences. He can dismiss everything all of that just as he has dismissed people claiming he's allegedly Red Panels in the past.

I think most people are fat and ugly anymore + being average is relative to what most people are. Just because most other people are fat/ugly/fat and ugly doesn't make fat and ugly no longer fat and ugly. Stonetoss is fat and ugly. Not hideously so, but still fat and ugly. He's also very successful and funny and selling his humor and art so what he looks like doesn't matter in the least. But pretending that he's not fat and ugly is a Stonetoss-sized cope; it's ok to acknowledge that he's fat and ugly and not care that he is.

I’m gonna say something slightly controversial. Stonetoss isn’t a Lolcow.

He’s sektur adjacent because of IBS at best, but he’s a successful cartoonist. If the dox is correct and he and Red Panels are the same guy then he’s a fat IT guy who made a wildly successful comic.

He’s not really Ben Garrison or Scott Adams levels of retarded. Unless we get that he’s really into weird porn then it’s just lol fat and Mexican Half-Puerto Rican Savior of the White Race. He’s not Sophie LaBelle, Dobson, or the Dog Guy who gets anally penetrated by his tranny GF.
The Dox really isn’t anything that damning beyond circumcision issues that were a common topic during online discussion from the late 00’s to 2015, it is cringe, but it’s something that was very, very common online.

I don't see any photos of his family (specifically parents) in the dox. He also has one of those weird middling faces that could be white or hispanic (buried beneath fat obviously.)

Anecdotally I do know some people with European parents who migrated here in the '60s, '70s or '80s who attained citizenship by moving to Puerto Rico and then migrating into the U.S. mainland. Something about doing things that way was, at the time, much easier than standard immigration. So while I have no idea if that's what his family did, it would be hilarious if the guy named Hans Kristian Graebener is actually just descended from German whites who used a loophole to be labelled Puerto Rican.
