Centering one's entire self worth around basic human functions is downright shallow, regardless if you like being the one doing or the one being done. Rather than focus their pride on something more worthwhile, like assisting to build a modern medieval castle (Guédelon Castle comes to mind), these borderline sentients have chosen to base themselves purely on something pathetically superficial.

Honestly, I thought they were just taking the piss out of the idea of Gay Pride. I completely agree with you, gay or straight, but the whole Straight Pride thing just seems to me to be a troll.

sadly I dont expect the alphabets to have the capacity to focus their pride on something more worthwhile; apparently the hashtag humping and all the clapback GIFs they get on Twitter is that important to them

I think it was at first, but you know how it is with these kind of jokes; a few dumbshits take them completely seriously and it spreads until you forgot it was a joke.
