Nah. I think like a lot of other tumblr users, they base their urls off interests at the time, and those become less relevant when they become more interested in something else. But don't worry, Kayla's kins are still totally real and gendery.

(Also I don't think Kayla's smart enough to go even that little bit to ensure privacy from her family)

She's on a roll tonight. Turns out the ex she was referring to was an ex of her imaginary friend Souji, which just makes this whole thing much funnier to me. In essence, she was spurned by a roleplaying partner.

Came to clear a bit of air in here. The ex he's talking about is me. Apparently Souji won't live down that I forgot that I was dating him once or twice (it's something I do with literally everyone I'm dating), and is still bitter as hell about it. Oh well, whatcha gonna do.

Thanks for the insight, though now I will always think of you as 'the one who dated Kayla's imaginary anime friend'. (Also you were dating Kayla, not Souji.)

Also, for the sake of completeness, old hats at Kayla's game may remember her talking about being in love with 'Eren' but not wanting to ruin his relationship, and her meltdown over losing her wifi centred largely around not being able to play saints row with him anymore. Given the people he associates with, I'm surprised that Eren doesn't have a large number of pages for potential followers to read, such as "before you follow", "special interest", and "kintype" pages.

I've mentioned this before, and have little to base it on beyond what we've seen, but my pet theory is a lot of Kayla's weirdness around gender and sex is her reluctance to admit to herself she's just another thirsty lesbian. She sure wears a lot of flannel, anyway.

I'm slightly out of the loop from not having read this thread in a while... Is Kayla Waller of Katy, Texas claiming to be kin with Zelda characters now? When did the Zelda obsession start? I couldn't find much on this when I backtracked in the thread.

She played Skyward Sword a week or two ago and is playing Twilight Princess now. That's about it from what I've seen.

She started claiming to be kin with Ghirahim at least a week ago, if not more, while playing Skyward Sword. There's no relation/connection between the two but she probably just enjoyed his character in the game an decided to stick him in with her kins.
Now that she's playing Twilight Princess she's probably going to kintype Zant or something down the line.

Geez. Why can't she just enjoy something as it is without taking it to a whole new level of obsession and claiming it as "MUH KIN"? I thought most people had their pretend game phase when they were maybe around 5-10 years old? Apparently, Kayla Waller is an exception.

Are her and Springtrapp/Lawrence/childcatcher still "dating"? The Tumblr trend of "polyamorous asexuals" confuses the hell out of me.

But how do you forget you're dating someone? Unless you're also doing that Tumblr thing where it's not so much dating, as it is casual internet friendships among multiple people. I wouldn't be surprised if Kayla forgot some of the people she was "dating" too.
