Let's be real, here. Even if Kayla did find cheap housing with roommates to share the costs with an whatever, would anyone want to live with her? What Kayla doesn't understand is that you can't just coddle a person with Anxiety because it does nothing to help them with their Anxiety. Hell, you could make it worse by letting their Anxiety rule over you; just as one person must put effort into a relationship so must the other regardless on any disability they may have.

A few years back I got diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder. Long-story-short I'm better at not getting anxious because I had people kicking me in the ass to get better about dealing with it.

That being said, with proper care and support people can work on their Anxiety and progress in overcoming it. It's good to want to help a person with a disorder feel safe and comfortable but encouraging that behavior and not helping them face it can hurt them down the line. It can become a way for them to excuse toxic behaviors/habits and that simply doesn't benefit anybody.
