It's like some horrifying, pants-shitting, furry sumo wrestler.
 
He's literally brain damaged and the damage his weight has done to the rest of his body is irreversible. He's going to die, very soon (before he's 25 if I were a betting man), and I don't think it can really be prevented at this point. He's such an awful person though that any sympathy I might have had is non-existent in his case.

I don't know. People like this often live until their 30s and 40s, albeit in increasingly poorer health. They're better taking care of these deathfat wastes of flesh than they used to be.
