He's got a mental health record there is no way that he could join the air force even if he did lose 300 lbs.

It's a nasal cannula, which blows oxygen in at a steady rate. If he's wearing it 24/7, he's probably deteriorating faster than realized. Five bucks says that he still hasn't addressed the actual problem at all -- his weight.

But yeah, he's a whackjob, but that looks grim. He is at a clinic or doctor's office it looks like.

Kind of sad watching someone who has deteriorating health not having the mental capacity to realize he is close to death and too fixated on things would only interest a ten year old.
