So I was thinking, as soon as the CWCki goes back online, a ton of articles will probably have to be revised post-fire. Most of the relics may as well be destroyed, and Chris may as well be an unacceptable target now for all but the most epic of weenie tryhards. After a few hours of shock at the sheer unreality of yesterday's events, I started to wonder if I could ever laugh at Chris in the same light. Fire is such a broad, ubiquitous symbol that there'll be no shortage of "Funny Aneyurism" Moments, to use insufferable TV Tropes terminology.

Take, for example, Bluespike's half-serious desire to see Chris burn his house down, 5 years ago: (Skip to 35:36)

I'm sure there'll be tons of this stuff as the CWCki goes back online. Can you guys think of any other wacky coincidences GodBear and the fates have so willed for OPL?

As were a lot of the people that trolled him. I don't see why anything should be revised. What happened happened, and that's most of the point behind the cwcki. To document what happened.

I thought some of the "sweetheart" trolling was funny, but I really felt sad for Chris, seeing how important she was to him, and him not realizing he was being trolled.

C'est la vie I guess...
 
I really hope that the CWCki doesn't get taken down in light of the fire. I don't think that anybody should troll Chris now, but what happened in the past is in the past and is Christoric fact. It shouldn't be messed with.
 
The only thing that should be removed from the CWCki is dox info. I don't think he needs any more :julay: calls or paranoia inducing snail mail wherever he winds up. Everything else needs to stay the hell put.

I don't think that matters anymore at this point.
1. Because everyone knows where they lived.
2. They might not live there ever again.

see and i thought chris was being his old paranoid self when he said the trolls wished his house would burn down on facebook...

i made some snarky comments about temples of doom and indiana jones if they move out of there, which i realize now after the gravity of the whole thing hit me, were probably pretty innapropriate.

I'll agree that "That is My House" is somewhat eerily prophetic these days.

While the cause of losing Casa Chandler wasn't quite what Bob had anticipated, Bob was nonetheless warning Christian about the prospect of his stupidity causing them to become homeless. Also, if the House Tour videos do play a part in State Farm declining an insurance claim, then Bob was also remarkably prescient in that the House Tour video would ultimately be a contributing factor to the Wilderness Saga.

It used to be pointless to attempt to hide his dox. During the height of his fame he was making videos telling everyone how to contact him. If Chris were to move to a new location he'd dox himself over Facebook in an instant in hopes of getting more care packages. Chris's cell and facebook seem to be how weens bug Chris the most and he refuses to change his number. If Chris made a solid effort to hide from weens then it could be possible to help keep his next address not as easy to access. Without Chris changing his number and doxing himself on Facebook I wouldn't see the point though. Chris fucks himself over so easily that Null has to give Chris donations in a way that he can't possibly blow it on useless shit.
