I desire this insanely overpriced, most likely inauthentic, tacky, extremely age inappropriate Sanrio desk organiser from Aliexpress. I like the colour and the character, and the eye jarring contrast of it against my stiffly formal vintage wooden desk should violently aggravate anyone who visits me. I'll also probably get sick of it in a matter of weeks and end up either donating it or passing it on to young relatives.

Something like that could be considered locking cash away an investment, I guess? I've been considering getting another tamagotchi on/meets, a full color tamagotchi that has breeding and gene mixing for basically infinite tamagotchi characters to raise. Problem is since production stopped the price has fucking sky rocketed. The special edition sanrio one i own has gone from 80$ to 500$ in less then a year so I'm now hype anal about it since I can't get another one. So now I'm considering getting a 100$ dollar used tamagotchi so I can bring my self to actually play it.

Out of curiosity, how are these made? I've been trying to find some sort of information but I'm not having much luck. That said, the main pattern appears to be printed on, not hand painted. Spending ten grand on a single basic bitch form mass produced vase that's not even handpainted or from a limited mold is definitely stupid and autistic. I approve.
