I didn't know boob scrubs were a thing but I'm not surprised. I'm prone to getting tiny blackheads that I suspect are caused by my bras not allowing enough air to circulate, but the alternative is mesh bras which are impossible to get in my size and make me itch unbearably.Do you think a scrub would help?
Can you go braless more often? It helps a lot of issues but it's kind of an underrated tip as far as boob-health goes.

Any exfoliating cream like urea, AHA or BHA cream would help. Especially BHA is really good for blackheads. Leave on products generally work better than wash off products with actives like cleansers or scrubs. Finding a good bra is fucking hell.
I get intertrigo if I wear any that don't breathe like cotton. Most mesh isn't as breathable as it looks bc polyester and nylon don't breathe.Not if you have big tits. That will cause underboob fungal infections too.
