Even though I've unchecked the box "and receive email notifications of replies" under my preferences, I'm still getting e-mails notifying me of replies to threads that I'm watching.

That checkbox only applies to the threads automatically watched because you created them. Unwatch threads you get email from, watch them, check your preferences before submitting.

What about a way to make users you follow show up as a slightly different color on the members active in chat list? Like maybe a slightly darker blue vs regular blue. I know their avatar pops up above the regular user lists, but it might be nice to see at a glance if users you're following are currently active in chat.

There is a button to the left of the floppy disc icon that looks like a paragraph. Click that, select spoiler. If you highlight text it will automatically wrap it.

A sub-forum for What If topics would be cooler than the What If thread where they most posts get buried and ignored. No harm in people discussing random what ifs. I'd use it if it existed.
