Suggestion: We want chat in the DSP forum.

I wrote the post below in DSP's general thread yesterday and was pretty well-received. I doubt an admin noticed it, so I'm posting it here as well.

@Null @actually A humble suggestion for admins and mods: I've noticed some sub-forums in this website have a chat function. I think it would be a good idea to implement a chat in the DSP sub-forum (or his general thread), so we can comment on his streams in real-time, instead of clogging up the general thread. Our own detractor stream chat, basically. Thoughts?
