It goes a long, long way to highlighting the infantilism rife in this cluster of morons. Its like watching a machine fail a turing test, and at this point I wouldn't be surprised if a set of dissatisfied but more competent autists branch off with their own set of wikis just to get away from this group.

Infantile really is the perfect word for it.

Yeah, the options being Fandom, these dudes, and fucking RMV is really not a good selection. The inharent problem imo is that nobody without a certain level of stupidity will make a site like that. Striking a balance between caring about accuracy and completness but not being too stiff is admittedly hard. See Encyclopedia Dramatica as an example of going too far the other direction.

Ive joked about the Super Mario Kiwiki in my head. With blackjack, hookers, and an article about Sneed. Maybe a fun balance would be making an 'editorial' section or something.

ETA: RMV is the fork by the train enthused with a grudge that the user below me mentioned.

From what I understand there's already two splinters from the main wiki, with the first being a full on replacement made by a rogue autist with a grudge against them who inspires a frothing rage in the bigger autists, while the others still seems to be subservient autistic cucks to the main Mario Wiki rather than trying to be their own thing by trying to claim that they're only chronicling the games' story modes and RPGs rather than its gameplay and release content, despite that the Mario Wiki does an awful job of doing that too. I can't recall their names but someone posted a link to the first earlier in this thread and the second looks like a dark blue Mario Wiki with Paper Mario as a logo iirc.

Wikia/Fandom's Mario wiki also has a lot of ex-Mario Wiki users but wikia/fandom is just corporate faggotry with even more woke idiots.

The NIWA crowd is a perfect example of speds being unable to tell the difference between a friend and someone who is just being friendly. The differences are clear as day for regular humans but they fly over the heads of the autistic because they were raised by terrible cartoons and get their social interaction from their dejected parents and arguing with other autists about the sex of a cartoon sorta-dinosaur affront to God.

I hate Fandom so much, I HAVE to use the Brave browser or it'll take forever for a page to load. Bulbapedia has the same issue where they spam ads all across articles, making it harder to browse.

I miss the Wikia days of less corporatism.

Totally got away with it, for all I can tell. I've lost my eye inside though.

He has been very thoroughly banished from the wiki community, (contrary to what he insists should remain on his powermaster wiki page). He still is posting to twitter though, he seems to want to make a new YouTube series as well.

Funny enough, the Jannies seem to have neglected to remove "I am an administrator of the Super Mario Wiki" from his User Page. His Talk page does reflect and loosely explain his ban though. I just love this image showing how much effort is put into this.

You know, I can probably understand liking some of the edutainment Mario games like for example, the typing games, the ones based on history and geography (and one of it is the one that gave us Weegee, too bad that apparently the games get factual information wrong so that's a huge negative), or the one which lets you play board/card games with Mario with voice-acting; I don't expect him to post about the pre-school ones which even as a kid I find them dumb and unnecessary.

If that user is talking about what the user likes about the games (granted despite the worlds being images the user has a point, and honestly the sheer idea of Weegee being a bus driver is funny), or listing positive stuff about them, or at the very least, say the games are guilty pleasures, then I'm fine, but.......
