At first glance, this person doesn't seem like that much of a lolcow... there are some awkward nudes and a bit of drama in his answered asks but he doesn't seem to do anything that bizarre. (To be fair though, my time on tumblr has set my standards for "bizarre" rather high).

I'm guessing he just posts in every tag he considers is vaguely relevant to him, though as a cis cross-dressing dude, he is in no way a transsexual person. Either he's ignorant in regards to gender, or he wants notes on his pics so badly that he'll put them anywhere he can. Based off his reply to that person, I'm guessing they are a trans woman. Unless that person refers to themself a "trap", it's rather transphobic to call them one imo.
