And there you go. Turns out Nintendo isn't the anti-Sony in this shitstorm. Much as I like my video games, the inevitable market crash is our only hope. Nothing short of cleansing fire will wake up the people who matter.
A bit of an over-reaction there, don't you think? Yes, it's censorship, but them altering Mr. Game and Watch's attack doesn't really detract from the game, unlike, say, censoring the sexual content in a game where that's the selling point. I mean, if Nintendo decided to change it without being pressured by progressives, I doubt anyone would've even noticed. Besides, let's just wait for their response to outrage over something pettier like, I don't know, how all the female characters are light-skinned and overly sexualised or some shit like that.
