Also related, the copyrights on Fighter #5 is an updated version of the normal copyrights, featuring Atlus and Microsoft.

We can safely say that the next character is from a SNK series, but the last one could still be anybody at this point. It's only a matter of time before we hear more about Banjo and eventually the 4th fighter.

EDIT: The page for Challenger Pack 4 has been deleted. Either way, we should be expecting something regarding Ultimate DLC soon.

For now, we can only assume that Banjo will get the Hero treatment in regards to how he functions as a character as Sakurai has gone on to state that he doesn't have the budget to make a presentation ala the Joker Update from April. As for future characters, they may just be announced in either a normal Nintendo Direct or a Smash Direct. It's all speculation at this point.

It would be nice if they showed off the last fighter at Game Awards, since they'll be out in early 2020.

If Joker is OP, he's "OP" in the same way Melee Fox is "OP": enormous potential, but you have to be an autistic savant to exploit it.

The only part of Hero's kit that can possibly be considered "OP" is the near-OHKO knockback on crits, and that's easily fixed whenever the Banjo patch drops. Orthodox fighting game players have no problem with RNG characters so I dunno why some Smash players are so hung up about it.

I assume it’s a byproduct of their autism. People get hype when a GG player brings out Faust, and that would probably give these goons a stroke.

Not gonna lie, I would love to see a Resident Evil character debut in Smash.

It's not a guaranteed lock-on, but it is well within the realm of probability. Especially if it's one of the more well-known ones like Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, or Leon S. Kennedy.

The only thing that would be even better is if they went completely out of left field and included Trevor Philips from GTA 5 as DLC

I'm mostly down for this idea because we haven't had a female fighter for DLC yet and she's another golden girl in fighting game history, but also she'd be a new weapon user that isn't using swords.

Also for the people saying that she'd have to be censored to make it into Smash, I'll have you know that anyone I've mentioned this to who's had this same take also did not have a rebuttal for a Mai wearing a tight body-suit or bike shorts as add-ons to her outfit.

For those who don't wanna click, Sabi, a very credible leaker, 100% believes that Terry Bogard is Fighter #4 and that because of 4chan leaks, people will believe that Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden will be Fighter #5. With that said, Sabi has ZERO clue who the last one is.

Sakurai apparently came up with Smash after he ripped some kid a new one in a KoF match. If it’s Iori or Kyo they’ll rage because they’re well dressed and the autists hate soap. If it’s Mai, they’ll rage cause she has massive tits. It could be Metal Slug too, which would also be dope.
