Info about Smash Run, a gamemode for the SSB4 for the 3DS:
Pic of the day. Your character starts a Smash Run as a relatively ordinary fighter. But before the game, you can outfit yourself with certain items that can help power you up early, which will give you a big advantage later on!! These items are much like the Powers you'd find in Kid Icarus: Uprising.

I genuinely hope Jigglypuff is gonna be unlockable. Don't judge.
Also I'm excited about Rosalina and the Animal Crossing villager. I like gimmicky, yet sweet characters duking it out, what can I say?

The Smash Run mode is pretty much just City Trial from Kirby Air Ride except for in Smash Bros.
I don't think Ness is going anywhere anytime soon. I mean, he was part of the original 12, so he's gotta be in by default. Plus, there's also the release of Earthbound on the Virtual Console. That said, I really doubt Lucas is coming back...WHERE IS NESS MOTHERFUCKERS

By the way guys, there's going to be a SSBB Invitationals by the time E3 is commencing 3 months from now. All top SSBB players are going to be there and will have a sort of an exhibition match to promote the game. I think there's going to be a livestream on Twitch too. So if you're a fan of SSB, support the Invitationals!

Seeing as how it was unusual that they announced Luigi rather early I'm assuming they're not announcing returning players that have to be unlocked.
Also my opinion is probably in the minority but I think Greninja is already horribly overrated.

Is there a character that anyone would especially like to see in the new Smash Bros.?
One I would really like to see but always get shit on for suggesting is Paper Mario. I sometimes get the reason that there's already five representatives of the Mario franchise (6 if you count Yoshi) and that he would just be a weak clone of the regular Mario. I think that there's a good chance that he'd get his own moveset since the PM games play much differently from the platformers. Also, the Zelda series has five representatives, two of which are clones, and no-one complains about them being included.
If they don't include him as a playable character I'd at least like to see a stage based off the Paper Mario games, for example The Glitz Pit. Or one of Mario's partners as an assist trophy. Yeah, I really like the Paper Mario games, can ya tell?

I've said in the past that Paper Mario could be a cool character. I'm sure they could make a completely original moveset involving the hammer and maybe some Badge abilities. Glitz Pit has potential as a stage seeing as how they could make major and minor league fighters occasionally come out and fuck with the battle in progress. Unfortunately though if there was a Paper Mario stage it'd probably be based on Sticker Star or maybe Super Paper Mario.
As far as characters I would like to see, realistically the only one is Mewtwo. I thought he had an excellent chance of appearing before Greninja was announced. Unrealistically? Mallow from Super Mario RPG. Even if Square would allow it at most Mallow would be lucky to appear as an ordinary, collectible trophy.

Lucky find, A loose cart of the original Smash Bros goes for around $70-$90 in Australia (older Nintendo consoles and games are in huge demand here)
I was going to start collecting for my N64 but after seeing the prices for the "must have" games I decided against it and sold the console and games I already owned (made a good profit so I can't complain
)

Unfortunately, unless the rumors of Nintendo breaking out a new console next year is true, I probably won't be making it to this round of Smash. I loved the series, but as I sometimes say, "This is not enough to make me want a Wii U."
Now that I'm not a little kid anymore, I gotta pay for the consoles, and $400 to just spend like that just doesn't happen for me.
