Thought it was amusing.

Just the mental image of adding rappers to do original songs onto Smash Bros. is mere proof that rap music isn’t dying out any time soon.

In fact, /v/ at one point wanted Kanye West to make some original music for Smash Ulitmate.

My only complaint is that it's two sword fighters in a row. They should've moved these two to Fighter #5 and revealed a brawler character for #4 to mix it up a bit. Technically it's three sword fighters in a row if you count Steve.

I was in the "Rex should be in Smash" camp for a while, but Pyra/Mythra being like Zelda/Sheik before Smash 4 is definitely better than what I would've expected.

Actually, Kanye wanted to speak with Fils-Aime at one of the previous E3s about working with Nintendo on some osrt of project. As you'd expect, he was "politely declined".

I'm still holding out hope for these guys arriving as DLC at some point.

The only thing I want from Smash DLC is fewer humanoid characters. Fuck just give me more pokemon at least. I just like seeing Sakurai work his magic. Seeing him do Ken after the abomination known as Street Fighter 5 was a welcome sight.
