EU Supermarkets are allowed to lock out unvaccinated people

Translated from German:

The pressure on the unvaccinated grows and grows.

In Hesse, all retailers, including the supermarket, can now decide for themselves whether to implement the 3G rule (vaccinated, tested, recovered) or the 2G rule - so far there have been no access restrictions in supermarkets to give everyone the option of basic services grant.

The Hessian State Chancellery confirms to BILD that the “2G option model” also applies to the food retail sector.

Means: Even supermarkets are now allowed to lock out those who have not been vaccinated and only allow those who have been vaccinated and recovered to buy food. In extreme cases, unvaccinated people would have to see how they can get their food, send friends or relatives to go shopping - or get vaccinated at all.

Apparently, the state government itself knows how dramatic the effects of a 2G regime would be on supermarkets - and hopes that the stores will not implement this.

"We assume that this option will only be used on a daily basis and that everyday businesses will not make use of it," said Prime Minister Volker Bouffier (69, CDU). "But that also means that without 2G, the distance and mask requirements still apply."

In the culture, gastronomy and event industries, 2G has been available for a long time. And that is even promoted: because those who only allow vaccinated and convalescents into their rooms or shops can dispense with the requirement to keep a mask and a mask.

The new corona rules in Hesse also include the fact that in old people's and nursing homes there is no longer an automatic entry ban for the entire facility in the event of a single case of infection. Instead, individually required protective measures should be taken.

The regulation also provides for stricter regulations: Unvaccinated hospital staff must be tested for the coronavirus twice a week. In schools, the following applies: the mask on at the seat and daily tests immediately after a positive rapid test, for example by a classmate - and not only after confirmation by a more precise PCR test.

With a view to the end of the free corona tests, Bouffier appealed for many citizens to get vaccinated against the virus: Hesse has come through the autumn well so far. "Nevertheless, we must not be careless." A vaccination offers the greatest protection. "And this is still uncomplicated, unbureaucratic and free to get."

Are you blind? Do you have a text-to-speech app reading out webpages to you?

Or do you have one of those sticks they tape to the foreheads of quads like stephen hawkings except without the IQ or the working penis, where you can bang away on your screen as you drool in frustration and bask in the stench of your overflowing colostomy bag?

oooh ok sorry, i didn't realise you were an actual retard. please, continue

Can't we have a conversation without your cock/scat fantasies intruding? It's unsettling to me.

You sound cute, and now that i know we can judge people's BMI thru their posts, u sound firm and athletic but not too ripped where ur all bumpy n hard n shit, but just nice so yeah, let's fuck.

Sorry, friend, I don't fuck fatties.

I love how the answer all over the West has been if you don't get this vaccine for something that has a small chance to kill you they will actually kill you by denying surgeries needed to keep you alive or like this, have you starve to death. To keep you from maybe dying we will kill you.

If you think my fantasies are unsettling, then you're going to hate what I did to your cat...

Calm down, faggot

I don't have any problem with this; I think a business should be able to deny service to anyone for any reason.

To me, a "NO FATTIES" sign is also perfectly acceptable.

I personally don't want someone who hates me to be forced to serve me, especially with food preparation (shudder).

This virus panic is getting pretty intense though and is interesting to see unfold. at least until I catch it and die. Perhaps we should build some kind of place for the unvaccinated, like a camp where they can intensely think about their situation while keeping busy testing our newest GI boots and strains of methamphetamine? On gates it could say VACCINE IS FREEDOM.

Anyways, is this life now? Just this shit every day day in and day out? Lame.
This seems like an ignorant position to hold when time and time again, those who wish to silence you will hide behind “muh private company” until it comes for them, at which point it will be a violation of their human rights.

I don't believe buying Beanie Babies or wedding cakes is a "human right".

If it's a business that's gone public, fine, serve everybody; we all need to be able to purchase staples.

But if it's someone's private business, I don't think they have a responsibility to serve everybody and they can turn down all the money they want to, just post a big sign on their window. I'm sure there would be a lot of protests, which would both bring profits through free advertising and cause losses through inconvenience. However, I don't think we're doing ourselves any favors by forcing private business owners to serve everybody, as it results in a lot of shitty under-handed things being done to hurt those people surreptitiously out of spite.

You are allowed to be wrong and disagree though, you have that right and I'm okay with it.

At what point do you think a business is considered public or private?

When you say shit like this you really just make the dude screeching at and insulting you look better.

I'm not an expert, I believe the difference is one is privately owned and the other has public investment through stock.

I know! I like to be so snarky that I'm more annoying than someone screaming obscenities. Thank you for noticing!

In response Germans should treat said supermarket like leftists treat CVS in California, walk in and take whatever you want.

And so why exactly do you think that they should have the difference in rules that you stated based on these differences, then?

No, what you like to do is be snarky when you're not losing your cool and all-caps raving because someone mentioned pmurT. It's not that you're snarky, it's that you're pretending you're any better than that guy.
