From my youth Captain Niatpac. Niatpac was a hero who appeared at my church's Vacation Bible School one summer. Despite dressing like Commander Beef from Megaman, His characters was more a ripoff of Maxwell Smart (even borrowing one of Smart's catchphrases Ahh ... the old [noun] in the [noun] trick). Unfortunately Niatpac succeeded in making Smart look like James Bond. He was constantly running away from the villains, constantly looking for excuses to get out of work and when someone won an award or got a prize he would always say something along the lines of "Well you know the only reason you got that award because of me. If I hadn't (done something silly sounding) you would've come in last place." At the end of week when he had to finally standup and confront the villain he wound up fainting before she even attacked him. Our minister (who was in his late seventies) wound up having to be the one that defeated the villain. As you can probably guess Niatpac tried to pull his "Well you know the only reason you..." shtick to which our minister told him to shut up which caused everyone in the audience to cheer.

Who can forget the easily-defeated Spidey villain (who I can see being played by Ben Shapiro), Stilt-Man?
