So Ilyas didn’t want to tell the judge what pressure Gatis has on him because it is probably too big of an incriminating thing on himself.
In February 2022 Gatis posted a video in German which was aimed at Belle’s ex “Alex” probably a code back then. This was for most likely for Ilyas and tricking him to start doing the attacks.

It's so weird. How do you get the idea to pressure the ex boyfriend of your girlfriend to have a 7h drive to pour acid on your own ex girlfriend and commit arson almost a year later. Did he pay him for it, or does Gatis really have that kind of incriminating information about him? It's crazy how he still has his channel, when the other is terminated! It's ban evasion, and it goes against YouTube's TOS. Why aren't YouTube doing anything? Surely several people must have reported his channel (but apparently there is no specific option to report a person for ban evasion. It is left for YouTube to figure out.)

There was also some talk about this before. I don't remember exactly but when visiting his older page, it didn't return the error that usually showed when trying to access a banned youtube account, if that makes sense. I always believed he deleted it himself to get sympathizers and donations, similarly how he acted when he wanted to see his "son" (quote unquote since it might have been another guy who cucked him) and then gets a hairline tattoo shortly after and now it appears he's ordered an acid attack on Luna which surely costs, but to remove evidence of Luna makes just as much sense. He might have a few neurons left in his decaying, mentally ill brain after all.

If a murder attempt isn't serious then I don't know what is. Also, he can't hide in Asia forever. He has to return to the Schengen zone if he wants to renew his passport/visa. Tracking him won't be hard at all because of the telegram or youtube income, with digital banking you leave a trail whenever you make a purchase, and his Bitcoin wallet his public too, so he can't do much there either. Tax evasion is also a serious offense for almost every government out there, depending on the amount though.

You should look into it. Channels are getting away with Ban evasion all the time, for the reasons I mentioned; there is simply no option to report a channel and tick "ban evasion". But in his case it is strange, since he 1) had a fairly big following 2) posted very controversial stuff. I remember when his account got hacked and he was "so happy" Google and YouTube were so helpful getting his channels back. You'd think they looked into his content first, but apparently not....

Belle is more of an accomplice more than Catherine ever was since she connected the assailant to Gatis. On the note of his channel ban being planned, the code video was posted in February 2022 when Sv3rige was banned in September 2022. I've always thought it was possible he planned for the channel to be banned in order to hide evidence and siphon more donations before getting Ilyas to burn down Luna's house in January 2023. I wasn't watching him much at the time but it seemed like he had moved from simply making anti-Vegan videos to videos that were more inflammatory like 'A Woman's Purpose.' I believe in a livestream where Belle speculated that video was what did him in, but they probably agreed that Belle would make that comment to make it seem more surprising.

It can take a very long time for YouTube to recognise this kind of violation and after all Gatis really isn't all that important at all.

I watched a youtuber who has almost 1 million subscibers and for some time his channel got deleted, because years ago he used his backup channel to upload a video, when his main channel had gotten a time out. In the end he went to court and youtube had to restore his channel, but still it took them years to even recognise the violation of their terms.

To be honest it's a wonder that Gatis his main channel wasn't already deleted much more early, if you think about for how long he has posted videos about cannibalism, rape, murder, pedophilia, incest etc.
