You gotta remember that the types of people who unironically obsess about this kind of ideology to the point of being willing to kill for it tend to be several layers of fucked in the head already, and thus there is little to their plans other than "murder people I have been told to hate and this will magically cause the promised utopia to come" and that is assuming this is not just a spiteful "LOOK AT MEEEEEE! IM KILLING PEOPLE SO IM SCARY AND IMPORTANT!!" ploy with an ideology tacked on as an afterthought to get maximum attention.

Hell this is one thing that watching interviews with ISIS members when they were at their zenith made clear. These people are delusional and narcissistic as fuck and genuinely think that slaughtering and tormenting a few thousand innocent civilians will magically bring about their promised world order by way of both "the chosen people's revolution" starting because of their actions, and also a hefty serving of divine intervention.
