Tombstone - great fucking movie from 1993. Kurt Russel, Val Kilmer, Sam Elliot - loosely based on events of the 1880s. And this comment is indeed on point: Troons want to enact revenge on society at large. There's a peculiar concept of some "alt-researchers" (I don't know if I could use the term "scientists"?) where they say "spiteful mutants" are the type of people that fall for weird concepts usually associate to shitlibs and especially "democratic socialism" and its weird tentacles of nowadays. The type of people that feel empathy towards rocks and immigrants more than they do to their own family. And many do become these "weirdos", which include troons.

Looks like Rumble automatically downgrades the video from 1080p to 480p if it's more than 47 minutes unless you're signed for Premium. Gonna try on Odysee. If that doesn't work still I'm down to sending the streams I got over to someone that could get them uploaded in 1080p

I enjoyed the podcast, hopefully he can keep this up.
Now I wonder how fast they'll drop the goty rankings, I feel like as soon as they start getting multiple long games, it's over. So like around early 90's

I get that they don't really need to beat the game, seeing how he dropped Ultima 4 in 5 minutes. But there are some classics that he wouldn't be able to half-ass without getting a lot of shit from the viewers, and there are many others that he'd probably want to complete himself.

I uploaded the sonic generations stream as 720p 30fps per @Uity69's request and uploaded the Chudcast at 1080p 60 but there is no guarantee it will be that since rumble might just downscale it to 480p or lower.

Synth appears to be taking the position of leaving the vod up afterwards for a little while, giving people time to download it if they don't scrape the stream while it's going, before permanently removing it.

I do think the YouTube archive channels are at risk, but them getting re-uploaded to Rumble after they finish pretty much keeps them safe from loony bins.

I wish they would dump them on Odysee too. Content that is at risk at being deleted should really do the MATI strategy of just being everywhere, no "eggs in one basket" shit that too many channels have done in the past.

His Rumble integration was broken forever ago, never bothered to fix it, and that's that.

I acknowledged his explanation a few pages back.

Doesn't change that having all your eggs in one basket is a bad idea for any business, which yes it is a business despite how he might look at it. He makes a lot of money from it, therefore it's taxable income in the US. It's entirely possible that a lot of people would have migrated over there with him if it was the only option going forward, but we'll never know since he didn't want to even have any kind of backup plan.

If he gets banned on YT, which is highly likely at this point, then that's it. Having a smaller yet super dedicated group of donating viewers elsewhere is better than literally zero.
