Anything uploaded by The 80s Guy, Neon Fueled, NewRetroWave, and ThePrimeThanatos are well deserving of being posted in this thread. Also cannot forget what kickstarted the entire genre.

Also, don't forget Pertubator, even though he moved to something darker and less synthwavey since.

The Midnight, Robert Parker, and Nightstop are probably my favorites that I've listened to.
 
Also, how could I forget the Furi OST? Not every track there is synthwave, but still it's very good.
 
Here's a dump of some of my favorite synth artists :)

GHOST DATA: Coomer who likes anime tiddies
Simon Chylinski: Former sound designer for Subnautica, fired for being based on Twitter
Hyper: Featured on the first Cyberpunk trailer
Scandroid: Better known for his electronic rock persona, Celldweller
KLOUD: LARPs as a robot, some of his tracks border more on electro/techno
The Midnight: Pretty sure everyone's familiar with them at this point
Essenger: Synth artist and vocalist
Absinth3: Decent chillwave artist, though could work on compressing vocals
PYLOT: His music feels like it should be a soundtrack for something
Timecop1983: Relaxing and dreamy chillwave
