Yeah, The Trove died because for some reason, the people running it think it was a great idea to announce itself on social media to all and sundry.

Now that it is dead, there is a telegram group, The Amber Room, that does the same thing as the Trove - takes some getting used to, but a lot (but not all) stuff from the Trove is there now. I personally peeked in out of curiosity, but it seems like a well-run ship.

There's also the sharethreads on /tg/ which the Trove ripped from. If you can read and know how to navigate the usual filesharing sites, you'll (usually) be able to find what you need with a little digging.
