Yeah that's fine, he's a retarded dopey eyed cunt with a twink bf. I agree. I just dont see why you would bother trying to rationalize the game system being awful, that comes off as sour grapes. I'm not saying it's the second coming of Christ in tabletop form. We're just talking about game design.
Because I didn't even look to see that the rules had been posted until I was already made aware that the guy who runs the company is a piece of shit? Like I said, the only reason I even looked into it was because I was curious how the supply system worked, and turns out I don't like it or the game size. I already wasn't going to be buying this game before that, or finding out that the owner of the company was a piece of shit. Like I said, it's a licensed game with an expiration date(we just don't know what that date is yet) that is seemingly going to get little retail support... meaning no one picking it up and playing it. It was simply an exercise in curiosity about a mechanic at this point, that's it. Even their $39 shipping for orders under $150, applying to a single character purchase that was discovered months ago when they released that limited Zeratul mini was a reason I wasn't going to like this game or company.

I'm personally amused because that slap fight occurred literally right after the modus operandi of the Creator was revealed as abusing astroturfing campaign allegedly. You can't really get timing like that usually.
Just setting the record straight on mechanics, if anything he should be thanking me for making his attempts at poopooing the system in protest more believable. His previous complaints if used to dissuade someone from playing (to campaign against the creators first and foremost) dont even reflect basic concepts like the turn structure. You're just begging redditors to deb00nk you at that point. Communicating these things to him can service iron manning//refining his own arguments if he actually absorbs the information.

I've taken every chance to call this company retards in this thread. I get the same kind of overly emotional black and white responses from it's supporters so I'm used to it. It's just tiring.

The game already looked shitty and was run by a piece of shit. I don't need to iron man anything. It's run by a scamming faggot and anything beyond that is completely irrelevant. Could be the greatest game system ever created, but beyond looking at it purely out of curiosity about the game mechanics, again... it's still run by a scamming faggot.

I could decide to check out the game mechanics of that If I Were a Lich, Man TTRPG, doesn't change that it's some jewish pooner making a game about jewish trannies fighting paladins that I'd never play. I'm not sure why this is such a difficult concept to grasp. I even said that correcting me about how the system works wasn't something I had an issue with. Especially when we both agreed their rules website is fucking garbage.
I don't mind you correcting my mis-reading of the rules regarding the supply limit escalation per round, that's fine.
I said it right there in plain English. Now if you were expecting your correction to make me like the game more, that's where you were mistaken. Nor do I give a fuck what some redditors out a few hundred bucks for a game they won't play more than once or twice and will be dead in a few years if they even bother to paint the minis thinks about it. My mind was made up about this shit months ago, and it's not changing since none of the reasons I disliked it months ago have changed, and I've only found new reasons(the company and its owner) to dislike it even more.

Fiance got me the Star Wars Legion starter set for the Republic as a birthday gift, I've been slowly chipping away at it since February and you can kind of see my improvement as time goes on. I have fallen in love with Monument Hobby's Pro-Acryl paints.

My First attempt at Obi-Wan where I fucked up on his hair by trying to mix the same tan on his tunic with brown. I also used Guiliman flesh for his face.

Here's the finished product after I got some more paints

It's a pretty decent hobby to have. Described in a shitty way it's like a 3d coloring book, but the reality is it can be pretty relaxing and there's all sorts of small skills and random shit to learn for painting, basing, and so on. SW minis especially due to lightsabers can even lead you down a rabbithole of electronics if you're willing to try, just more cool shit at the end of the day.

I'm thinking of eventually getting into Bolt Action/Conflikt 47 too just for the more realistic minis, I'm definitely at least buying the Gundam Assemble Mini's

Can confirm on it being therapeutic. Does wonders for anything nerve based.

The failure is not 6e, the failure is that Catalyst has no competent game developers. They can create a new Shadowrun edition every month and you'll still not see one that isn't shit, no matter how long you wait. They are incapable of making a good game with the people working there.
Yeah that's the problem, CGL has no competent game developers working on Shadowrun because the CEO of CGL embezzled all the money that was supposed to go to pay them, and then relied on freelancers that they don't allow to proof read, play test, and immediate fire afterwards. It doesn't matter if it's been like 15 years, word gets around and nobody wants to get fucked over by CGL since they keep doing it.

5th edition is a fantastic edition though and it breaks my heart that they rushed out 6e to try and compete with the announcement of Cyberpunk 2077 instead of finishing it like it was planned and releasing the books and eratta they had already written.

They also state that roughly 1 year later, all physical rewards have been provided by now (out of their June 2025 date) and they are starting production on their 1 million dollar stretch goal. Which is campaign rules, special scenarios and a whopping 4 extra STL miniatures, with an apparent physical plastic boxset being in the works to fully launch the "Carcass Front" campaign that they will detail more about in adepticon

Womp-womp.

I bet those new STL pieces also have resin cavities too, much like a lot of the ones that still do and they either lie about how bad they are or just don't mention it, since this piece of shit lies like breathing. Why care about toxic chemicals leaking out after all?

I find it really hard to believe there was any significant increase.

Why care about toxic chemicals leaking out after all?
They don't leak, they rupture.
