So I know I said I hope Takashi gets better but I saw this is how how he responded to what looked to be an apology a couple days ago so I’m afraid he may be too far gone.

So what it looks like after scrolling through his blog (and thus seeing more RWBY posts than I ever cared to in my life) it looks like he and his little circle of friends have beef with some guy over... I dunno, I'm guessing Discord stuff. Some of his pals like belles--rose mention a Discord server. I'm guessing it's another former friend he feels stabbed him in the back or whatever.

So I found a post giving further context from the asker responding to Taka since blocked her before she could respond proper:

The gist of it seems to be that Michael and Taka had a slap fight over something curiooftheheart did that lead to a falling out with Taka shutting him out completely. Michael felt bad after some reflection and his friend sent Taka the apology message on his behalf, which Taka then bitched about.

Then there’s some other bit about how someone named femme-fish wanted in on the discord server, and the linked user was in favor of it, not realizing that femme was apparently a pedophile until much later. Now Taka apparently lauds that over her because he’s pissed at Michael.

That’s what I can gather at least. I don’t spend a whole lot of time lurking this thread so a lot of these names aren’t terribly familiar to me, but it’s like reading someone’s middle school clique drama.

I'm sorry, I usually hate people who do this, but can someone explain to me exactly what is bad about the phrase "Kung Pow Penis"? I've literally never once heard of it outside this thread and I consider myself usually well informed on whatever memes are circulating. Even on Tumblr, I've never heard of it.

Every time this thread updates it's something about Kung Pow Penis. If it's just a dumb tumblr meme I don't understand how it could drive someone to such rage.

A while back, some popular bloggers decided they'd reply with "Kung Pow Penis" every time Trilllizard added an unnecessarily confrontational response to one of their posts. The meme makes him angry because it's essentially shorthand for "you are an obnoxious sperg not worth reasoning with and everyone knows it".

That's basically the point. Trill severely, SEVERELY overreacted to something fairly simple and stupid. He's calling it a "harassment campaign", and has proudly declared how he'll block on sight any person that uses the phrase against him. He WON'T. SHUT. UP. ABOUT IT. That's why it keeps going. He keeps feeding into it. It wouldn't have been a thing in the first place if he had just ignored it, but he took one user saying "Kung Pow Penis" to his WHOLLY UNNECESSARY, intentionally contrarian replies to their posts, and blew it way out of proportion, which just invited more people to participate in it.

And, mind you, this DEFINITELY wouldn't have happened if Trill--and others like him--didn't feel the need to deliberately go looking for an argument 24/7. Protip: People that say things you disagree with online don't need to be "corrected", because your views--like theirs--are not universal, and you just come off looking like an argumentative, self-righteous, know-it-all chode sniffer.

I remember trill and x button barely told any stories about what they do irl in x's discord. I think the one i remember the most was just trill saying he lived in the UK for a while and claimed no one there watches doctor who but children

I thought it was just a random phrase that he decided out of the blue to dislike.
