That new intro was awesome and I hope Tamers keeps it. This was another good one. The scene where Sleet had the flashback killed me with the Arthur flashback noise.

I’ve got mixed thoughts about this one. I feel like the ending wasn’t complete. Like I expected Bartleby to do a 180 and give everyone a big tree, yet again that’s pretty against his character.
But wow 2023 was Tamers’ best year. The episodes we got are truly among his best and his animation and writing are getting better and better.

I'm convinced Tamers is an avant garde creative. It's hard to imagine someone would make this goofy shit for years with the current state of the Internet, but before content creator or internet popular were things there were always people who made this kind of niche stuff. Early Newgrounds was packed with people with questionable passions. Maybe he is unironically a Sonic brap fetish autist, but his work seems too self aware and smart the way Nikocado is.

Tamers is absolutely avant-garde and I think he’s very much self-aware. Part of me wishes he was recognized more in the indie animation sphere yet at the same time I guess it’s good that he’s not as that could draw tons of negative attention.
