It's Ok, I'm pretty sure SEGA owns sonia and manic technically. Kind of like how they own all the other DiC and Archie exclusive characters given they made cameo appearances in other non-dic associated material like the archie comics. It's probably a situation like Nintendo and Bluster kong who had a similar case of appearing in other officially licensed stuff untied to the source show he appeared in and even had some action figures and trading cards made of him where he's in the traditional 2d mario art artstyle. Bluster kong has a lot more success and merch than any of the characters of sonic underground save maybe sonic, but then again he is also a god amongst both kongs and men. I'm certain Nintendo knows that to release him upon the masses again before they are ready for his return would be a potentially world ending event. Apply this logic to how Sega still sometimes mentions sonia and manic's existence every once in a blue moon but never Bartleby and you pretty much understand the scope of his potential power.

EDIT: Fuck the post was in November. still the logic applies.

All I know is if I ever get a magical amount of money and clout, I'm blowing it all to own Sonic Underground and I'm just giving it to Tamers12345 to make the world a better place. Also a movie he makes in MS Paint that releases in theaters.
 
My sleep deprived brain was possessed by holy or possibly unholy inspiration and I gained an idea for some kind of collaboration shit to possibly make for new years. That shit specifically being an attempt at creating a "tamers12345 style" equivalent to whatever shit is currently going on in your avatar and putting it somewhere in this image. I don't feel like making a new thread for just this so I'm putting it here in the most relevant place. Originally I was gonna try and just draw out every avatar I saw in this thread and maybe I will but I don't fucking know honestly if I have the strength.

yeah I can give it a go for sure but I gotta get some sleep soon I've been up for 2 whole days.

EDIT: I did it. I'm gonna probably go into a mild coma for the next few hours but god damn it I did it.

I should probably save the jpegged to shit new years stock image background and each one of these things as seperate files in case shit needs to be moved around for more room. could also expand the image a bit outways too.
