This is exactly what the fans want. The recurring plot driven stuff should be limited to 1-2 scenes of what's going on with Knuxonia, Dingo and Sleet, Flora, or maybe some villains teasing a big landmark episode.
Yeah I remember in the most recent pony episode there was a huge in-your-face up-skirt shot of Rarity that really caught me off guard.
I remain cautiously optimistic, I can absolutely understand separating pony shit and SU as much as possible while he works on them. Im sure that while he works on one he gets ideas for gags with characters that wouldn't fit in the episode he's working on and would like to save. Managing multiple episodes in different shows and fitting scenes together seems like a mess and I don't blame him for wanting to focus on one thing at a time.
I always interpreted Tamers's way of drawing shitty asses and tits so unrealistically large and anatomically incorrect, with characters so open about their graphic scatological sex as a satire of fan service. Even the extreme nature of Sonic's gay relationship with a side character that was suddenly made the effective main protagonist was making fun of the sonic community making so much porn and obsessing over characters that don't matter.
UPDATE: His entire channel appears to have been taken down. Thank god for the archives, I really hope he can get his shit back this is years of work gone in an instant. Ponyfags, this is why "keeping him niche" was a necessity. Look what happens when that kind of content gets too many eyes on it. Fucking hell.

The only reason Tamers was able to keep doing his specific type of (by current normie standards) edgy humor way into the current year was exactly because his content was so niche that the people who would potentially have a problem with it would click off within the first minute. Another thing that helped get him banned is making the fanservice actually well-drawn and designed to arouse. YouTube can make the argument that Tamers is now making sexual content (he is) when back in the day the worst he'd make is a crudely drawn Sonic with perfectly circular poopy asscheeks jutting out the side of his hip, something that won't arouse anyone.
Him not doing fan service anymore would be a good thing. Having actual porn isn't funny and detracts from the show, but he's not gonna stop. It's too popular.
