She couldn't survive the cringe of nearly a full year of Dandy's World and My Little Pony. The new one is clearly an imperfect clone paid for by Bartleby since he owns Pfizer and Flora definitely wasn't vaxxed.
 
Dude what the fuck, every time I watch his ponyslop there's always this long winded backstory of some literal gay OC nonsense. It also greatly pains me to see nutamers' Flora design, I know the original TTS isn't available anymore but damn did he really have go so far as to sexualize her even more and make her a quirky autism chungus?
I don't even want to be excessively negative but the cringe makes it difficult to enjoy the actual SU content. At least the uncle Chuck episode was good...

There was some shit where Cepstral was just completely down for like several months. He wasn't able to use Dingo's voice at all in the Uncle Chuck house gets stolen video either, and now that it is back up and usable he probably just did not give a shit enough to go back and redo her voice lines which is sad. SU is merely an afterthought after all.

I actually exited the video at that part. My hands moved on their own under the crushing weight of cringe.

I felt it was okay. But the hunger for SU in its full splendor remains.

That part too. I zoned out hard. It clashes very hard with the genius of Our Tamers. Our Tamers is like a younger Matt Stone and Trey Parker. But now he has Fujo Tamers and I think they want some creative control over the script. So it clashes, because Fujo Tamers is Visipop tier writer who knows no subtlety or class. They draw very well and can sort of imitate Tamer's art style. But it has been a serious mistake to the satirical and comedic value of Tamer's work to ever let them touch the script.

That part where the Flawless pony doing the head twitch animation thingy or just before it was toneless, out of key. Imagine Moonlight Sonatra, but then you slam your ass on the piano randomly. That sound is what the scene like. No way Tamers approves of this corruption and belittlement of his art. Why oh why does he put up with it. I shan't go and speculate.

Aside from the new pony lore I don’t give a fuck about towards the end and FujoTamers obviously grabbing hold of Flora and flanderizing her, this was fantastic. Glad to see that Bartleby still remains the strongest being in the Tamersverse.

Believe it or not, not quite. Tamers said before the premiere that he’s still having problems with Cepstral (the program that has Flora, Mandy, Dingo, the shouty voice, etc.); it’s back up but he apparently can’t type text into the demos. The one we heard here is actually the same as her normal one but he got it from a different site, which somehow managed to make it less robotic sounding/compressed. He also said that he forgot at the last minute that it’s archived on the Tamers Archive.

It’s still not the same though. *sigh*
 
Wonderful episode. Near the end I was getting worried that it was another pony rugpull but that exposition ended up taking far less of the episode's runtime than with SU's first return.
But yeah, Flora felt very off this episode. If there's any SU character that was under threat of being influenced by the new direction, it was her and its beginning to show.
But good to see Bartleby fully intact and tanking all of Goku's moves without even noticing while tieing his shoelaces.

It first came back last June I think it was in a crossover that was a prequel to this one. It had an excellent first half just for the second half to have random lesbian pony drama come out of left field. Might as well have been two different episodes. Tamers’ second channel then went down that September. To skip the pony drama stop watching when the characters start playing video games.


A standalone Christmas episode then came out on January 2nd.

 
I quit as soon as Flawless suddenly got angsty and shifted the entire tone in the middle of the fight. Honestly even the SU portions I saw were pretty weak. Does the second half get funnier?

You gotta admit it was cathartic to see her run away screaming as soon as Bartleby stepped onto the battlefield. Not even the literal Mary Sue pony OCs are stronger than Bartleby.
