If you're in the south grow blackberries and discourage them from fruiting so the vines grow thick as shit. They are virtually impassable on foot (I'm assuming you have your place fortified/blocked against vehicles with natural bollards (rocks/water) and geography).

Dogs are the cheapest way to have 24/7 surveillance. And if they are well trained will also give you the most heads up time outside of monitored drones.

You don't want your place completely inaccessible, you just want to HIGHLY encourage a single ingress which you can monitor.

Also, I highly suggest mountains vs swamp, as it is a fuck ton harder to go up quietly, and it's a lot more pleasant to live in. Let gravity take care of a lot of your security.

In this situation it would be useful to put yourself in the shoes of your adversary.

If you wanted to take someone out in the middle of nowhere, what would be your choice for easiest method?

Personally I'd be more worried about remote controlled vehicles both air and land based trying to attack your trailer with either homemade explosive or incendiary devices. Either Ukraine war style FPV drones or grenade drop drones, or just an RC car with a big IED zip tied to it.

If drones based weapon systems are out of the question for the troons, you still have an extremely difficult fight on your hands. They're not gonna just stroll up to your house and knock on your door and wait for you to get your gun. They're gonna have their own thermal or night vision devices, and they're just gonna dump mag after mag into every inch of your trailer they can manage and then run away.

They could do any number of things to attack you. Your best bet is to simply have a general purpose weapon for defending your property. And the best weapon for that role is an AR 15 paired with night vision devices.

RF jammers should be good enough for single point defense. Most commercial drones designed for consumer use all use the same frequency range. The reason why RF jammers aren't deployed in the Ukraine/Russia conflict is because they are a double-edged sword. Constantly broadcasting on the same freqs that drones use is enough to give any adversary your general location through basic direction finding. And then a mortar falling down on you or a barrage of artillery becomes the problem.

The bigger issue would be low tech methods like molotov cocktails or other improvised destructive devices.

What you need to do is go full Koresh-Mode and start the Kiwi Compound.

I fully agree, though Josh may be more at home in the swamp due to his Florinated heritage. Single access point is also a blessing and a curse, as single avenue for access also means single avenue for exit, which can be staked out. Without a perfectly self-sufficient homestead he would quickly lose a battle of attrition.

Consider not moving into a swamp in Florida instead seek living conditions in a place where you can have a secure basement. Don't have a basement where there is a visible cellar door outside, as it's a great way to say "break in here!"

Living on a mountain or tall hill provides enough visual space to see them, especially if you have a long driveway, which you can rig up with security cameras. Likewise, as nice as it is to have lots of trees, landscaping your property so that there are no major features for gender ogres to hide behind is great. If you want to grow corn, you gotta do it in a way where it grows aren't parallel to your line of sight.

Make friends with your redneck neighbors, old people are nosey as fuck and dont have jobs. and will probably let you know if you got a weirdo stalking your property when you're not home.

Also get to know your local sheriff and police officers. When in doubt, you can literally just go to their office, set up an appointment and speak in person. Depending on how old-school they are, talking on the phone might make them think you're not serious. Actually going there and earnestly explaining your situation will absolutely help you out. If they can see you're just some guy who runs his gossip website and means zero harm, they're way more likely to side you than some tranny militia. Cops in general tend to lean very much to the right so they probably don't care that you run a website making fun of trannies. Letting them know you're at risk of being swatted can help.

Solar powered alarms and lights exist, you can have motion detection lights. The only issue is that deer and other tall critters will set it off.

Get a dog. A small dog will work as an alarm system. A large dog will absolutely scare off most people. Pitbulls are actually great pets, maybe focus on getting one thats a year to two years old will skip that pesky "rips everything and needs housebreakibg" puppy stage but still give you a dog that is malleable and trainable. You're a grown man, it's a dog. Don't be a pussy. Dogs have been domesticated for years to love humans, yes, even pitbulls. And theyre typically pretty hardy healthwisr. But any large dog will work. Yea, there's something to be said for not-swamp to be able to take your little tractor and push dirt around to make a perimeter. Also to build up a back stop when you want to do target practice.

I know you've expressed some concerns about body armor, so I'm going to make a rather unusual suggestion: Pepper spray "grenades". They actually used to sell these factory made, although they don't anymore and I'm not totally sure why. You'd have to do some DIY here, but I'm pretty sure it would work. Let me explain.

They sell civilian legal (in all states that I know of) CO2 based grenades for use in airsoft. Likewise, pepper spray is legal in all 50 states, with a few restrictions. It's hard to get raw pepper spray, but you can do sort of a poor man's version. So, get some grenades, grind up some spicy peppers into powder (something about Trinidad Scorpion is supposed to make it act faster than other, hotter peppers, allegedly), and load it into the shells. If heavily armored persons of gender show up, chuck a disabling spicy grenade at them.

Beyond all the sharks with lasers & extreme guns which are already being covered, I’d focus just as much on a security camera situation that you can monitor, ideally from your computer & with an analog back up. Just make sure to cover blind spots, get as much coverage as you can. Get an easy monitoring system & back up. Having a generator is good practice in case electricity goes out due to sabotage or nature. It’ll all help you rest easier.

Regardless of feelings on the popo, make yourself known to them, talk to your lawyer maybe on the best way to do so, in order to get the best reception. Make it clear you are just a guy making a living doing what he do, & due to the nature of speech & current tribalism in the US, you receive a shit tonne of death threats. Let it be known to the police, state troopers, whatever law enforcement ends up having jurisdiction over your future abode, that you aren’t out to hurt anyone, you simply want to live your life doing what you do.

The troon menance & other faggots will be breaking laws, what you need to show is that you are living legal, protecting yourself, & thinking ahead of peace for your future self & community. If you live waterfront, it offers a natural barrier on at least one side, which you still monitor, but it’s nice to have natural barriers. Rivers are nice, too. Swamps are underrated I guess, especially if you are looking at tough to cover terrain. Can’t help weighing that against quality of life & what would be the nicest though. It’s a matter of personal taste and weighing the pros & cons. Good luck.

In my mind it's a trade-off. Swamps make it harder for the troon menace to get to you, but assuming vegetation and trees it can make hiding their approach easier and require more cameras and sensors for coverage.

Grasslands/desert/near desert. Makes the sight lines way simpler and depending on the terrain can also give you natural protection and reduce the approaches, also as mentioned you can just push sand/dirt around if you don't have natural terrain.

Forest I think would be close to swamp for visibility problems but it's nice to have trees for shade.
