I will counter that blogger op-ed with this arcticle:

Orthodox rabbis demand apology from Washington Post after identifying Libs of TikTok owner as Orthodox Jew

Also more coping and seething now with lawsuits over false tweets! Good job Taylor for shining a spotlight on your horrible cadre of sicophants:

"That ludicrous denial is extremely offensive, bordering on antisemitic, especially at a time when media outlets routinely mask ethnicity details regarding members of every other minority group. If this is what the Washington Post describes as its ‘professional standards,’ we call upon the paper to upgrade those standards immediately," Menken said.
Amazing. I mean, he's not wrong.

When papers report on attacks on Jews, most of the time they obscure the ethnicity of the attackers unless they're white. Every read about some antisemitic attack? Doesn't mention the ethnicity? Assume they're black.

I can see a little bit of seething around the edges, about his personal political views, but honestly this article's core argument is correct.
What readers will not learn is why Libs of TikTok is bad (Lorenz presumes its badness throughout but never attempts to establish it through argument) — or how or why any moral or civic goal is advanced by revealing Raichik's identity. The column reads like straight reporting to an audience of the likeminded with a scoop that isn't especially newsworthy. (Raichik is neither famous nor powerful in any way beyond the Twitter account she started to advance the political views she favors.) The effect is a bit like David and Goliath, and Lorenz does not comes away looking like the sympathetic party.
I especially like the David and Goliath comparison, considering LoTT is Jewish.

Antifa doing some good for once.
Interesting. I was searching through her archived Tweets and found this. She said she filed charges against the antifa guy.

Gutfeld piling onto Taylor now:

It's a bit TL;DW for my tastes but it's nice to see the story gaining mainstream traction. Between this and the segment on Tucker Carlson, Taylor Lorenz will become a household name for all the wrong reasons. This will make it so much better when all of this blows up in her fat face.

Gutfeld's schtick is supposed to be a conservative rip-off of Stephen Colbert, right? Because those jokes were painfully ham-fisted. Good grief.

Yeah, the only thing worse than his jokes are the sketches they do. Every once in a while he'll elicit a sensible chuckle but that's about it. His show is apparently very popular compared to other late night TV, supposedly number 2 in the time slot.

It does make me glad people who would otherwise be watching Colbert are hearing about how Taylor Lorenz is a hypocritical crybully.

"I'M MEDIA!"

Even back then people hated the media with a passion all she was doing was cementing in that tards mind, "this is a good thing i'm doing".

The entire justification (such as it is) by the Washington Post standing behind this reporting is predicated on two lies:

1) That Lorenz never posted any of LoTT's personal information -- Except they did, edited it out later when the fires rose, did not tag the edit, and did so expecting the audience to believe Lorenz has no editor that would have signed off on the article, and

2) That the creator of LoTT is a "public figure" meshed in the "public discourse" because they are trying to preempt the inevitable lawsuits to follow.

The first point doesn't really matter, but the second point does, and is such an insane distortion of civil press protections that it borders on lunacy. Lorenz's defenders conveniently seem to forget that LoTT did not create any of their own content -- they used videos already publicly available and freely posted online by their creators. The reposts, since that is all they were, weren't even presented with commentary. Some here have been tempted to make the argument that Lorenz might be following orders or just being used as the hired gun in this case, and sure, that's probably true. But she's a reprehensible ghoul who goes after people's children. Prison rules always apply: don't go after kids.
