A large part of her "journalism" career has been covering (and sometimes cancelling) social media trends and "influencers", so this is a way for her to feel like she's more influential in that world than she actually is. For all of their whining about Kiwi Farms and hard left posturing, Lorenz (and the entirety of technology/disinformation beat in media) are being paid to dox and a-log enemies of the establishment in order to give activists within these tech companies enough cover to deplatform and demonitize their targets.
The delusional narcissist was less than subtle about blaming the abysmal turnout for her panel on the creator hosting it despite the fact that they have more than 20 million followers on social media. Yeah, I'm sure they were the weak link in this scenario, Taylor.
I'm also including a bonus screencap of her retweeting Keemstar (no archive because it doesn't show retweets) calling out this year's Vidcon as a Covid superspreader event, which she gladly attended despite a week of five alarm twitter meltdowns about how dangerous it was to have to fly to an in person meeting at WaPo, and harassing others about their Covid language and conduct.
