Careercow Taylor Lorenz - Crybully "journalist", self-appointed Internet Hall Monitor, professional victim, stalks teenagers for e-clout

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Taylor is an actual enemy of free speech. Anyone who emails a website and asks them to pwetty pwease find an excuse to ban someone they don't like is pure evil.
Or Ethan Ralph. Well same thing. Funny how these creeps do exactly the same things as the Internet filth they seek to demonize.

More than evil, I'd say that's pathetic and cowardly. She's evil for other reasons, but this is just funny when you think about it from her perspective: evil people do evil shit out of being evil, but she thinks that she's either witnessing a crime or the victim of one.

Some Twatter clowns are trying to deny her uncle being involved in the Internet Archive thing? Was that ever conclusively determined?
It's not the Internet Archive so they're technically correct, hence why they're so smug about it. Her uncle has something to do with the Wayback Machine, which is easy for people who are not as deep as us into the internet to confuse them/think they're all the same thing, and that's why everything about her has been scrubbed from it. I'm trying to find how that information was found out.

Crap, this is why we have to make sure that our enemies can never get power over the platforms we devote our lives to and release our embarrassing pathetic e-mails and messages!
To be fair, the chance of a millionaire with dissenting ideas buying twitter was closer to zero until it happened.

The whole thing about her uncle maybe works or used to work for the Internet Archive or Wayback Machine seems a bunch of nothing. The Wayback Machine accepts requests from any web site owner to not archive their site, or at least not expose the archives of them. This is similar to using robots.txt to tell white-hat web crawlers to not spider your site. The WM also accept requests to not archive your Twitter account.

So I have not seen evidence that Tay Tay received any special treatment. She doesn't want her past tweets used against her so she sets them to auto-delete and requested they not be archived at the WM.

This is partly why I think abolishing lifetime tenure for federal judges is an insane idea. We need old people on the appeals courts who aren't absolutely batshit crazy to slow this shit down. Stare decisis, bitch.
I mean the point of the US system is to be very slow to dramatic change in the hopes that if any malfeasance is going on that someone meticulous or clever will catch it. The old judges exist to conserve some sense of identity within the legal system and prevent zeitgeist from running rampant.

The current AI and troon shit does unironically make me think of what Ted K said about Conservatives. They ignore the idea that technology and it's acolytes will erode at the anything they try to conserve. Another thing is that the biggest technology/ the science faggots all seem to troon out. They tend not to really have any love for the philosophy of science and basically deny the idea of "truth" opting for some gay relativistic version of truth that's a child of Marx.

The Substack author saying Lorenz's uncle is the "owner" of the Internet Archive is incorrect. However, he is (or was until recently) one of their executive staff members.

Taylor Lorenz's uncle is Roger Macdonald.

Here's Roger Macdonald's twitter:

In his twitter bio, he calls himself the founder of the Internet Archive's Television Archive.

There's something interesting about the Internet Archive's board of directors page... the page currently only shows four people, and Macdonald isn't included. However, if you look at an archive from just a couple months ago [x], it lists wayyy more people. Roger Macdonald appears there as one of the twelve "executive staff" members:

I'm kinda curious why the board of directors page has been decimated like this. Was it the lawsuit they lost recently?

Regardless, Roger Macdonald is Taylor Lorenz's uncle, and he is (or was) an executive staff member at the Internet Archive. He definitely had enough clout to get his niece's twitter account excluded from the archives - and perhaps he helped her pull other strings at IA, who knows? 🧐

We basically knew most of this, except the part about handing a smear file off to a Department of Justice attorney in hopes of getting one of her enemies indicted. Which didn't happen, because it was all lies, but he was still investigated for three years.

This seems like it should be illegal. How tf can one person launder baseless allegations in a paper of record and then have a personal hookup to the DOJ? I would almost understand if this were a high-level Clinton or Trump scandal, we've seen how the spooks collude, but Taylor is a nobody attacking nobodies, and she's still getting her way with nobody seeming to care? Insanity.

She may be attacking "nobodies" as that's about as much as her talent level will allow, but she's FAR from a "nobody." She's a member of an elite, aristocratic family with a lot of influence in media and government.

You see, in America, we never had a true class-based system where the aristocrats were out and proud about their position and high-born status. So, with notable exceptions, our "elites" tended to remain unknown to everyone but their own circle of elites and the grubby politicos they pay to influence but really don't like.

Tay-Tay comes from that shadowy element of American society. If she wasn't the Internet Hall monitor for big newspapers, she'd be an unknown to the mass of Americans (who she loathes with the heat of a thousand suns) but hardly a "nobody."

I agree that she has a lot of power, but she's hardly an elite. The government loves giving unconditional power and influence to insane, talentless idiots. Particularly journos and leaders of (non)Governmental Organizations. Taylor is just one of the people that is given the position of being a crybaby tyrant. The real elites are busy making kids troon out, eliminating free speech, and giving support to Ukraine and Israel.

She's an elite in that she was born to a wealthy elite family, a family with sufficient influence that it has the power to scrub the Internet of information it doesn't want people to see. I did imply (and I see now that I could have been more clear) that she in no way is an elite based on merit or talent. She's an elite in that mummy and daddy (or auntie and uncle), or even just their names, can get this untalented crybully gigs with major-league corporate press outlets where she gets to play dress-up as a "reporter" and use that as a springboard to happily fuck up the lives of people that she doesn't even deem as people (see the disgust impulse I touched upon above).

Another spoiled liberal to rule over us. It's important to note however that the real elites didn't find her doxxing LoTT amusing at all. The only time the media decided to hold bitch Lorenz accountable was when she attacked an Orthodox Jew. That Jew had the same "wrong opinions" as all her other victims, which normally means they're free game. For some reason LoTT is not free game. Very interesting!
