If she was open to Ghost she would already be there. She and her collaborators have pushed the "Substack is a Nazi hellsite" thing for years and she opened up her blog there anyway.

IIRC Ghost has no moderation whatsoever. If Substack's 1A style moderation isn't good enough for her a wild west platform won't be either.
