Actually quite a good video interviewing Preston Byrne. Fairly on-topic and avoids spiraling in on if 4chan or Kiwi Farms deserve to be censored, which is absolutely the direction any breadtuber would take things.

Unsurprisingly, platforming someone who says "free speech good, censorship bad" hasn't been taken well by some of her audience:

Presented without comment.

(ignores that the EU or UK could just block the websites it doesn't like instead of trying to subversively manipulate them through fines and legal threats)

Ian reacts to the Taylor Lozensh clip. He's still crying about LSF. He's still just known as "the n-word" guy lmao, and he's still crying about the PewDiePie apology video.

From the iDubbbz thread, Taylor claims that after the adpocalypse (2017) the New York Times told her to cancel iDubbbz, and she totally would have gotten him deplatformed, but she stood up against cancel culture!

I remember being in this meeting, when I was working in the mainstream media, about iDubbbz specifically. And this was right after the Adpocalypse with PewDiePie etcetera. And I remember, basically the editors wanted me to write this very vicious, negative piece about iDubbbz, basically arguing for him to be deplatformed off of YouTube (and I think that would have happened, honestly, if we'd published it)... And I remember being, like, "OK, well, first off he's just not the scale of PewDiePie; people don't know this guy; also if you're going to go after him... there's a lot of lore here; and I think this is honestly going to look like punching down from the New York Times.

I know that journalists lie, but I don't think that many lie quite as easily as Taylor does. It would almost be impressive if she was actually good at it.

The only other journoscum that so easily lies about the dumbest shit is that Kirk Eichenwald dude who is really into hentai and public humiliation.

When our rights to free speech are invariably crushed and we are all forced onto the darknet to say things the UK government deems unacceptable, one small silver lining will be watching these cry bully faggots get absolutely pulverized by the oppressive systems they championed.

Brian Williams has entered the chat.

Actually it's probably easier to list the journalists who don't easily lie...

Hang on, I'll think of one in a minute.

she deleted her xeet from backlash lol

It's 36 minutes long and I don't know if I can listen to TL that long. Has she ever addressed how she's a gigantic fucking hypocrite at any point? Did she ever make a post explaining that she loves the Kiwi Farms thread on Destiny or some shit?

Sorry null she still hates you :(
She desperately wants to look like she is a "I don't agree with them but I'm neutral so I will side with free speech" but she just can't help herself from seething about how Kiwi Farms exposes her for the vile piece of shit she is. She is a failed journo-wannabe trying to find any branch to hold onto, which of course will inevitably expose her for being a huge hypocrite.

What verified suicides?
Terryberry who's boyfriend abused her until she couldn't take it anymore?
That tranny who self immolated maybe, even though he said it wasnt why he was doing it?
That one guy who turned out to still be alive?
I dont remember any other ones.
These faggots sure stay the course with their shit tier lies.

It was something like Bu or Blu

I do actually believe her. I remember listening to Jesse Singal talk about how editors at major papers are very much queued into the current hot trends and it would make sense for Idubbz to appear as a target. Also people forget just how major a journo taylor was at that point in her career.

Some minor drama on Bluesky: a few Taylor Lorenz haters, apparently led by a MtF troon, are accusing Taylor of plagiarizing a TechDirt article during one of her videos (i.e., she narrates the article word by word as if it's her own thoughts). Someone then tags the author of the "plagiarized" article, who steps in himself and says that Taylor cited him and that he doesn't have any issues with her video.

It's clear from the replies that the sharks are circling though. The Bluesky collective seems to be angry at Taylor for stepping out of line with the Section 230 stuff and not sufficiently performing her Two Minutes' Hate towards Kiwi Farms, so they are determined to try to make her the next Will Stancil.
